Vacation rentals in Balçova

Stayed here for 3 days for a family wedding and was blown away by Berrin’s hospitality and responsiveness. The apartment was spotless and couldn’t pick out a single flaw. Berrin was extremely responsive and allowed a flexible check out given our flight time. Very detailed and straight forward of the check in and out process which made everything easier. Will definitely reserve with Berrin again!

Nice appartement, location very good with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to reach Izmir by tram. All functioned well in the appartement. It was nice that we could check in very early. Free parking on the street.

me and my fiancée are a couple who cares about privacy and what can I say Mr. Osman is a wonderful host. If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. An oasis in a bustling and noisy city.The house is quaint and the furnishings are elegant and stylish.Especially the corridor is very impressive, high roofs and chandeliers, antique furniture and mirrors like an old aristocratic residence.I especially like the kitchen, spacious, with all kinds of utensils, cups and plates.Stone walls.A few hundred meters away is the seaside promenade.Transportation is also convenient.

It was a lovely experience to stay at Olena’s place. It’s cosy, stylish flat and feels like home, consisting of all amenities which you would usually have at your own home. I would definitely choose to stay again and recommend it. Also, Olena was very proactive in communicating and responding quickly to any queries. Many thanks Olena!

We stayed at Mr. Ahmet's house for 1 night. The house was what it looked like in the photos. We had no issues with cleanliness. Transportation to most places was convenient in terms of location. Our entrance to the house and communication with Mr. Ahmet was also very easy. We would like to thank him.
