The house, which is in a great location, is within walking distance to entertainment venues and restaurants and public transportation. We had a clean, tidy and fully equipped stay, I would prefer to stay in this house if I come to Izmir again. Thank you also for your kindness to our host🙏

We had a great stay at Ege’s place. Walkable to lots of food and activities plus the Izban and tram. There is some street noise at night as the place is on a busy pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants.

We had a great stay in Mirage's apartment. The location is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Mirage has provided everything, from restaurant recommendations to interest points in Izmir. Very thoughtful host. Next time we visit Izmir, we will stay here again.

Had a great stay at the apartment! The place was just as pictured – clean, modern and very comfortably furnished. The location is great and also close to everything you need. Check-in went smoothly, and communication with the host was friendly and reliable.

I stayed for 3 days in a convenient and central place. The sheets were clean and tidy and generally clean. Mr. Günay provides quick answers to questions, he helps me with a house where I can stay with peace of mind when I come back to Izmir. The location is also very central. People who will stay can stay with peace of mind.

Can's place is very clean, and was exactly what we needed. We stayed for 1 night in transit to Kusadasi, but it is a good spot also for a couple of days to explore the city and surroundings. Located in the city centre, you leave the place and find yourself immediately surrounded by bars, restaurants, 1 minute walk to the sea.

I stayed in the same house in the last year, and the hosts continue to rent their apartments without compromising on their quality and meticulousness, and I would like to point out that I have the same comfort in this experience.

We had a great stay at Sarp’s place! He was very responsive and welcomed us personally when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. Communication throughout was clear and easy. The home is in a great location with easy access to the tram and the baywalk. We came as a family with toddler twins who really enjoyed the spacious layout, the big TV, and the large picture window overlooking the park’s playground. It was a comfortable and convenient spot for our trip—highly recommend!

This place was the perfect romantic hideaway for our trip to Izmir. The earthy tones and creative design made it feel so special and intimate. We especially loved curling up in the mezzanine sleeping nook — yes, the ceiling is low, but it added to the cozy vibe. While the apartment lacks natural light, the lighting design makes up for it completely. Every evening felt calm and warm. Highly recommend this stay for couples who love stylish, unique spaces.

Boris was a very good host, very polite and very communicative. The location of the house is very nice and the house was clean. I really like Dario Moreno street which is close to the house. If I come back in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, it will be one of the first houses I will look at Izmir The living room view of the house was very nice, even when we stayed at home, we were able to have a good time in front of the view.
