We had a great stay at Sarp’s place! He was very responsive and welcomed us personally when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. Communication throughout was clear and easy. The home is in a great location with easy access to the tram and the baywalk. We came as a family with toddler twins who really enjoyed the spacious layout, the big TV, and the large picture window overlooking the park’s playground. It was a comfortable and convenient spot for our trip—highly recommend!

This place was the perfect romantic hideaway for our trip to Izmir. The earthy tones and creative design made it feel so special and intimate. We especially loved curling up in the mezzanine sleeping nook — yes, the ceiling is low, but it added to the cozy vibe. While the apartment lacks natural light, the lighting design makes up for it completely. Every evening felt calm and warm. Highly recommend this stay for couples who love stylish, unique spaces.

İlteriş Bey iyi bir ev sahibi. Kendimizi bir Sanat galerisinde gibi hissettik. Son derece güzel tablolar içinde konaklamamızı gerçekleştirdik. Temiz düzenli ve girişi çok kolay bir yerdi, park sorunu yoktu. Tekrar konaklamak dileğiyle.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Fotos – sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und auch in der Nähe von allem, was man braucht. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war freundlich und zuverlässig.

Boris çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi çok kibar ve iletişimi çok iyi. Evin konumu çok güzel ve ev temizdi. Eve yakın olan Dario Moreno sokağını çok beğendim. Güzel ve huzurlu bir muhitte tekrar gelirsem izmire ilk bakacağım evlerden biri olacak Evin salon manzarası çok güzeldi evde kaldığımız zamanlarda bile manzara karşısında güzel vakit geçirebildik.

O imóvel estava arrumado e possuía todo os utensílios para nos acomodarmos de maneira confortável. Estamos muito gratos pela estadia em Esmirna! Konum olarak harika bir yerde olan ev, eglence mekanlarına,restoranlara toplu taşımaya yürüyüş mesafesindedir. temiz, düzenli ve ihtiyaçlarımızı tamamıyla karşılayan bir konaklama geçirdik, yine İzmire gelsem bu evde konaklamayi tercih ederim. Utku was a great host! The Airbnb was a well furnished apartment with all the amenities! The kitchen had microwave, Refrigerator, Gas, utensils and much more! The apartment was also in a prime location close to the Historical Elevator from where you can easily walk to the nearby restaurants and also Kemeralti Bazaar! Utku’s place is ideal for longer stays and is well-equipped with everything you need :)

Nevir was always open to help us in our trip. She was so nice with my family, and also very helpful in any question that we had, we felt very confortable with her and she made us feel at home.
