Excellent from every aspect. Very helpful hosts, very nice apartment and room. Central location in Konak. Easy to get to from airport or otogar. Walking djstance to beach and many other tourist areas. I highly recommend for visitors to Izmir.

It was a pleasure to stay at Cansu's apartment! Her apartment has a magical view on the golf of Izmir, it is on walking distance from restaurants, public transport and places worth visiting! The apartment is beautiful decorated and has all the amenities you might need. Cansu was very welcoming and helped us with advises on everything we needed. The place was exactly as described. It is clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, making checkin smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel at home. Knowing the city, I can easily tell; it is a good hub to explore the area and 30 seconds walk away from the most vivid part of the city. I would definitely stay again!

A well appointed apartment in a convenient neighbourhood to explore Izmir. Street parking is tough but there is a paid lot across the street.

The apartment is located 20 mins away (walking) of the new city's center and 25 mins from the old city center. You also are very close to a nice park. We felt very comfortable at the apartment and Demet was a very quick and friendly communicator, and even found a free parking spot for us.

Our second time staying. The house is very pleasant and very comfortable. We feel like we are in our own home now. The door problem was very nicely solved, and we slept fresh and comfortable at night with the extra-attached lock system. The house was very clean. Thank you for your interest in Ms. Nuray. We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, and it was a pleasure to meet the Faith couple; this price is very good value for money in the surrounding room type, you can walk to the big elevator in 3 minutes, you need only 1 subway station to go to the clock tower; because they arrive late on the first day, they have been sending me messages to care if we can find directions and proactively recommend delicious food and play routes; On the first night they were very enthusiastic about inviting me for tea and coffee, we talked for a few hours together, although relying on the translator, it didn't affect our communication of interesting topics at all; I highly recommend everyone to stay

The place we stayed was definitely the best place I've ever seen, I've had the experience of staying in that place, but it's such a clean, spacious ,tidy and comfortable place very rare. I saw very rarely, this is a place where I will definitely stay again, this is the person I will contact in Izmir as soon as I need a place in Izmir from now on. The room was very cosy and clean (as the toilet was). Birsen was responding quickly, even though In Turkish — it was not a problem for me. Onat (a man with who you gonna stay with) is speaking English and he's nice. Even though the place is the place for smokers (and I don't smoke), 90% of the time there was not smell of the cigarettes and remaining 10% of the time you could simply close your door so it was OK. To arrive here use the historical elevator as going upstairs may be a little hard. Would be back again!

We had a very pleasant week in the comfort of home with our 3 children. The house is extremely comfortable, the pool is clean and sufficient. It is far from the crowds of the center, but also close enough to go in a few minutes by car. It is a peaceful place. We recommend it especially for families with children. We would also like to thank our host Mr. Selcuk for his accurate and prompt communication.
