Monthly Rentals in Balbeggie

We rented Ladywell Lodge with the Doocot for a large family holiday. Though the cottage is up in the hills, it was very quick to get to major routes. The lodge was perfect for the two couples who stayed there. It is tucked away in its own large outdoor space with woods and hill walks just moments away. It was comfortable and clean with everything as described. The kitchen was well laid out and the sitting room really cosy. The hosts were great too - Sandra is really responsive and we found the flexible check in really good. It was perfect for our family and being able to pair renting this with the Doocot meant we had a brilliant space for lots of people to stay. My husband and I would love to go back and would happily rent the lodge again as it was so comfortable in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

If you’re staying in Perth, this far outweighs using the local hotels. We used to opt for Murrayshall as a place to stay. This little gem was half the price and much better for relaxing. The host was very responsive and offered an early check in which was welcome after a 6hr drive. All amenities covered, impeccably clean and very very relaxing

Absolutely loved our trip to the cabin & wish we could’ve stayed longer! The cabin is so homely & welcoming with a super comfy bed. Really appreciated the sweets & crisps on arrival! The kitchen is really well stocked with loads of utensils/pans & tea bags/sugar. We loved sitting out on the decking area in the late afternoon/evening with the chiminea going - very cool listening to owls hooting & flying amongst the trees above you! If you like walking, we did the Scone & Murrayshall Hill circular - epic views, great little trek & you only have to walk up the road to join the trail from the cabin. Would 100% recommend & would definitely come back again!

We had a great time during our stay in Perth. The flat was perfectly located for us, very close to the town centre which has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. Close to both the train and bus stations for very easy access further afield. We did a long stay and Micheal was always on hand if we needed anything (which we rarely did). It was exactly the base we needed and enabled us to explore beautiful Scotland and the Fair City of Perth. Would have no issues recommending and would happily stay here again. 😊
