Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Balatonszabadi

We hadden een superleuke, aangename vakantie in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, heeft een mooi terras en een prachtige tuin met veel bomen, die de nodige verkoeling geven tijdens de warme zomerdagen. (de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn ook een grote meerwaarde) Het rustige strand ligt om de hoek (ca. 200m) en met de bolderkar neem je met gemak al je strandgerief mee. Te voet of met de fiets ben je zo in het centrum bij de bakker, kleine supermarkt of restaurant. Een absolute aanrader om het Balaton en deze mooie streek te ontdekken.

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s place with our family! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The kids absolutely loved the selection of toys, which kept them entertained throughout our stay, and the big garden was a perfect spot for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The location was fantastic as well—everything we needed was close by, from shops to parks, making it super convenient for our family. Eva was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

Skvělé ubytování vhodné pro poklidnou i aktivní dovolenou - perfektní poloha ve velmi klidné oblasti. Dům je zcela nový, krásný, čistý a velmi stylový! Doporučuji!!! Oceňuji i komunici s hostitelem, která byla parádní. 2 ložnici ideání pro 2 páry, měli jsme soukromý. Terasa s výhledem do zahrady, včetně grilu. Parkování ve dvoře. Pobyt opravdu doporučuji.

Wir waren fast 2 Wochen dort und es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandra's house. The space is generous, and the rooms are thoughtfully arranged, making for a comfortable experience. The large table on the terrace and the grill allowed us to enjoy some fantastic evenings together. The house is located high up on a hill, which makes for a sporty hike up from the lake unless you have e-bikes, which we found made getting around superb. The house is semi-detached, and while the garden is private, the neighbors are quite close by. The furniture and the kitchenware are a bit outdated, and while you could tell that the house had been cleaned, it wasn’t spotless. Nevertheless, Alexandra was always responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you once again!

Great host offering a modern apartment with all that you need for a short or long stay. A good kitchen with a gas hob, well equipped with plates, cutlery, pots and pans. The bathroom had a good deep bath tub and shower. The beds are also very comfortable. The garden is lovely and the apartment is set in a delightful neighbourhood. Only a few minutes on foot to Lidl and Aldi supermarkets. And a pleasant leisurely walk to the shores of Lake Velence. Regular trains from Agárd to Budapest for a day trip to the city. I would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Bardzo ładny i czysty apartament, widać że nowy, blisko centrum i fast food takich jak Mcdonald's , Kfc i Burger King wszystkie obok siebie, ale największy plus to gospodarz, bardzo miły sympatyczny i pomocny człowiek. Bardzo polecam

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Eva sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemuetlich und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight war die Feuerstelle im Garten. Die Kinder haben sich ueber das Spielzeug in der Wohnung gefreut. In der Umgebung konnten wir viel unternehmen.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le gîte de Bernhard et Ingrid, ils ont été très accueillant et nous avons pu profité de la piscine en revenant de nos excursions. Le gîte est en campagne au calme c’est très agréable et le jardin est très bien entretenu pas les hôtes. Petit conseil tout le même il faut une voiture pour pouvoir profiter des alentours Nos enfants ont adoré aussi il y a des jeux à leur disposition (balançoires, trampoline et bac à sable) Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances merci!!

Schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse, schön eingerichtet, sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am zentralen Platz der Stadt.

Wir haben uns bei Viki und ihrem Mann sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat für mich und meinen Partner vollkommen ausgereicht. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erkunden oder auch mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

It's a spotless modern apartment, kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, and my kid loved the trampoline and climbing frame in the garden. Katalin is responsive and very flexible, I can only recommend her and her place. We had a lovely stay there.

Great hosts, maybe can be a little bit more responsive when answering. Apartment is great, you have everything, clean. Even it is shared pool, sauna in working days you will be probably with one or two persons max. I recommend it

Finding and accessing the apartment was effortless, and the space itself was modern and comfortable. The host was kind and understanding, I highly recommend the place!

Smještaj kako je i navedeno i oglasu, uredan, najviše nas je oduševio bazen koji je uvijek dostupan.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, nagyon szép és tiszta a lakás. A szállás nagyon központi helyen van könnyen elérhető minden. Strandok, vendéglátó helyek, sétáló utcák. Ugyanakkor pont elég távol ahhoz, hogy visszahúzódj ha sok már a nyüzsgés.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu , wszystko zgodne z opisem , wrażenia przebywając na tarasie są nie do opisania, mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone a kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry , odrazu odpowiada na wiadomości. Auto posiadało swoje przypisane miejsce parkingowe więc duży plus , osiedle niezwykle spokojne i ludzie mieszkający na nim bardzo mili. Podsumowując na podstawie własnego doświadczenia zdecydowanie polecam , mieszkanie jest położone w pięknym miejscu , gospodarz bardzo miły, mam nadzieję że jeszcze będę miał okazję tu powrócić.

Auch im Vorfeld war der Kontakt mit Melinda immer sehr schnell und herzlich. Als wir ankamen wurden wir erwartet und herzlich von Melinda’s Mama in Empfang genommen. Eigener Parkplatz und das Grundstück ist durch einen elektrisches Tor gesichert. Die Sonnenaufgänge auf der Terasse sind herrlich. Wir kamen Anfang September und es war sehr sehr ruhig. Sie Ferienwohnung war sauber und angenehm klimatisiert. Es sah genau wie auf den Bildern aus. Sehr gut ausgestattet war die Küche. Die Airbnb Empfehlung von Melinda zu den Stränden war hervorragend. Auch das Café in der Villa Krypta mit Dachterrasse war ein Traum. Danke Melinda

Sehr flexibler Check-Inn. Wir sind spät angekommen und es war kein Problem. Sehr große und saubere Wohnung. Traumhafter Wellnessbereich mit tollem Pool, Whirpool und Sauna! Wir haben es sehr genossen. Siofok war jedoch sehr sehr leer, Ende September scheint die Saison in Siofok bereits zu Ende zu sein. Privater Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Check Out leider schon gegen 10 Uhr.

Die Wohnung in Fonyód ist sehr schön. Sehr nett eingerichtet, sonnige Terrasse, ruhiges Haus mit abgeschlossenem Parkplatz. Steven ist ein guter Gastgeber, es gab klare Anweisungen für einen problemlosen Check-in und als wir ein technisches Problem hatten, hat er sich direkt darum gekümmert. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

We stayed here with our three young kids, and it was perfect! The location is amazing—everything you need is just a short walk away. The private parking spot was super convenient for day trips around the lake to visit other towns. George was really helpful and quick to reply both before we arrived and when we were checking out. Highly recommend!
