Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Balatonszabadi

We have been there for two weeks and it has been a very good and relaxing vacation, the house is traditionally renovated but with all the amenities, it has many decorative elements of the time. The area is quiet, peaceful, very polite neighbors, the people in the village are very nice, many spoke very well of Gábor. By car, 10, or 15 or 20 minutes away you have restaurants, wineries, the lake, castles... In the village there is a small supermarket with several things. Gábor was very attentive and polite with us, always concerned to know if we were well and if we were resting. In conclusion, highly recommended to go as a couple or with family to rest. We hope to go again sometime.

As a returning guest, we suspected we would have a wonderful stay. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped with a magnificent view of Badacsony. I especially want to highlight Szilvia's attention and helpfulness, and she was always quick and kind to answer our questions. These made us feel really at home.

I highly recommend this place to stay! Everything is as described and even better! Ps. If you like to play board then this place is heaven. We had plenty of better board games waiting for us. you gave us extra pleasure! Thank you🤗

Amazing place. We were lucky to find it available. The house has absolutely everything you may need for your stay. The views are very nice of Balaton and the House is very well kept.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

The host contacted me immediately after booking and had all the useful information about how to find and get into the place. Extremely friendly and direct, and the place is clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you need. We only stayed 1 night, but we'll be back. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic place! Beautiful Appartment, fantastic surroundings and a beautiful pool. Kitchen was very well equipped and the hostess (Monika) was great, Google translate it was but it helped so much in feeling away from it all. Also the kids absolutely loved it. They make their own wine which adds to the experience. Went for a run in the early morning, very much liked the diverse environment. All in all we really enjoyed our time, the place is fantastic and lives up to the expectation. We might go again next year!

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

We recently stayed at a beautiful cozy country home in Hungary with the whole family, and it was a wonderful experience. Each of us had our own room, all of which were beautifully furnished and had their own bathrooms. The large living room and dining room provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy meals together, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area, especially the pool and whirlpool, which were great for both relaxation and fun. The kids loved the trampoline and had plenty to keep them entertained. Overall, this vacation home was perfect for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was exactly what we needed: quiet, relaxing and just fantastic. The view was breathtaking. A real highlight at any time of day. Especially the sauna overlooking nature was an absolute experience and made our stay perfect. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished and superbly equipped. Everywhere you can feel how much heart and love this place has been designed, both inside and out. The contact in advance was warm and uncomplicated, and even during our stay you noticed how much the host is because his guests feel completely comfortable. We immediately felt welcome. The location in the middle of nature is just perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. We will definitely be back. It was one of those special places to just make you feel at home. We enjoyed our trip to Balaton with 4 nights at Laszlo place. We stayed at the place with our little kid. We found the place clean, set up as in the photos and it was easy to use. Parking lot just a few meters from the entrance. The surroundings of the apartment complex were not finished but it bothered us only visually. Grocery store within 5 minutes walking. Centre of town reachable in 25 minutes.

Lisa’s place is amazing and at great location. It is very spacious and a stone throw from the lake. Lisa herself is very kind and the check in was smooth and the instructions were clear and accurate. The kitchen is unfortunately not very well taken care of as the dishes were mainly dirty and stained and I wish Lisa was more available in case of unexpected situations because when there was a problem with heating I had to wait for 3 days until the problem was resolved which is not very convenient in winter time. But I can understand that unexpected problems might occur so after all it wasn’t that much of a big deal. However, I think this place is totally worth the price and I also appreciate that there are boardgames you can borrow and it is very well furnished with absolutely everything you might need for your stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to spend some beautiful time at Balaton. Thank you!

This is the second time I have stayed it this property and it did not let me down. I requested the booking and within minutes was booked in. Very easy process. Will definitely be back again.

One of our favorite places in the area. Our family had a wonderful time. The hosts were always responsive, flexible, helpful and kind. The house is spectacular and the surroundings are peaceful. We will certainly return.
