The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralized and programmed heating, etc.). The entrance is private, using access codes. Bed linen, towels (2 per person), duvets and essentials are INCLUDED in the price. DESCRIPTION: -ENTRADA: A closet for jackets, ski area, 70 LITRE electric thermos, cleaning products, iron and an ironing board is located. -BATHROOM: It has a 90 cm shower, first aid kit, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, washing machine, folding clotheslines and a cabinet for ski boots. - LIVING ROOM: It has a 3-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and faces south, so it is very sunny. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). -We are registered as a VUT (Tourist Use Housing) with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house. If you smoke, we will notify AIRBNB so that it can take the appropriate measures and request compensation of €75 for the problems caused.
