I really liked everything. Juan Carlos is a nice and attentive person. He responded to messages very quickly. We rented the house for one month and so I asked the owner for a vacuum cleaner and, if possible, a grill. Juan Carlos brought everything the same day. It was very nice to find small gifts for my family in the apartment. Also, the house has everything you need for living and relaxing (beach umbrella and blanket, toys for children, a small folding cot and a lot of everything, even extra blankets, caps, thermal bags). Also, the owner made the backyard very beautiful and green with beautiful orchids and a place for a picnic. I recommend this accommodation for relaxation. My family will remember the vacation here with pleasure.

We absolutely loved staying at Robin's beautiful home. She is so friendly and welcoming and was always very interested in our adventures. We L❤️VED the vibe of Hollywood Beach... lots of beach activities, restaurant options and live music... and only a short walk and bus ride away!

We'll be back!! Such a clean, comfortable, and peaceful location for our Girls Trip. We enjoyed cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, catching up over dinner and laughs at the huge dining room table, and relaxing at the pool! So much better than cramming into 2 hotel rooms. Have been to Miami Beach many times and never knew about Surfside - such a gem. Close to everything you could want, but also a quiet retreat from wild South Beach. Hilary and Walter were very responsive and helpful during our stay. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

First off, I just want to give Yuri a shout out for being an amazing host. I had a question about the ceiling fan at almost 11pm and he responded right away, and even offered to come out the following day to troubleshoot the issue. We also had a concern about the BBQ and he came out 30 minutes after we messaged him and fixed the issue. That itself makes him stand out as a host. Now, for the property, AMAZING. The bed was extremely comfortable, the home was beautiful, and the backyard was super cozy to hang out and drink wine at night. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. I’m a local here in Miami and was looking for a property to stay for a few days as a small getaway and this was definitely IT. I most definitely will be back. You will not regret staying in any of Yuri’s property’s, I guarantee you that! Thanks again! ☺️

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We recommend this unit. Hope we able to go back soon. Thank you.

The suite at the Fontainebleau was perfection. Qinza the host is super responsive and helpful. We had all hotel amenities and the staff was incredible. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and the kitchenette was very handy for fixing snacks and sandwiches. Amazing experience!!! Highly recommended

Amazing place to stay

The house was very well kept with a lot of useful utensils, basic groceries, clean rooms, refreshing room fresheners and much more. Svitlana was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Miami!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

The Airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the picture. At check in, the hotel mad an error in the amount of days I was staying there for. I contacted Loren and she reached out almost immediately. She took care of the issue right away. The Lapis Spa is beautiful and there was so many nice restaurants there as well. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking through Loren again !

This place was beautiful and had an unbelievable view of the water and Miami skyline - especially at night. Great place, would definitely stay again!

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

We had an amazing stay at Frank’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night.
