I had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Aviv was incredibly flexible and available to us, allowing early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed and ideally located in front of the beach. The host's thoughtful hospitality made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended and plan to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. We loved staying here! Having a full kitchen was perfect. The host was very responsive and nice. The daybed outside was super comfy and relaxing for morning coffee or evening wine. Bed was also so comfortable, slept so well we woke up early naturally which was great so I could get down to the pool early :-) The property amenities and pools are THE best. Love staying on the residence side. They even had a welcome bottle of wine in the apt. I appreciated that I didn’t feel like other Airbnb’s - you pay a cleaning fee plus a pretty price for where you are staying. Of course we made sure sink was clean, dishwasher loaded, etc. but I don’t want to deal with taking out the trash and a whole clean up checklist when I want to relax on my last vacation day. A few “opportunities” 1. Need Salt and pepper 2. Better & more coffee pods 3. The cleaners needed to pay better attn to the bathroom floor but the host had someone take care of it ASAP We will definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Location is close to beach, has all beach amenities including sunscreen, beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you

Truly a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly attentive, always available to help and make sure everything went smoothly. The location is stunning — just a 2-minute walk from the beach, in a calm and safe neighborhood. Honestly, the place is even more beautiful than the photos. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. Great location! Love the fact that we could walk to restaurants, shops and more and this unit has easy access to the pool. Definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Miami.

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the bay, very comfortable and functional for 5 people. Well-equipped, as the publication indicates. We had good communication with the rental company. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and a shopping mall with a supermarket and places to eat. Highly recommended, we will certainly come back!
