Olia was a very available and very responsive host. The apartment matched the description perfectly. Very clean and very well-equipped. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children for example. The view from the terrace is stunning. The pool area and outdoor kitchen are great. Beach a max 10 min walk... in addition beach chairs and parasols are available in the apartment!! shops and restaurants nearby! Miami in 35 min by car. In short, we would recommend it without any problems.

It was very good. Clean apartment, everything is as in the pictures. Thanks to Maria she was very quick to answer any questions. The rent was worth the money. Thank you very much.

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

I have stayed in lot of Arbnb’s but Dija’s place was the cleanest and most equipment with the smallest details. She even left me espresso capsules, paper towels, soap, toilet paper, various cleaning supplies, salt, oil, dish soap, beautiful silverware, beach chairs, umbrella..all what is needed for a great vacation!. The studio was spotless clean! Bed of the highest quality! I am speechless! ! Little paradise. Thank you! Can’t wait to cone again!

It was a wonderful place to stay, great amenities, and parking was convenient . Staff were very friendly. It was a perfect central location for us. Andrew was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Everything was perfect. The suite was amazing and very clean but the hours at the pool, bars and jacuzzis were a too extreme (Everything outside closed at 7 pm) This is a high end hotel, the prices are up the roof but nobody cares if you are having a good time. Lots of people were complaining because they took everyone out before sunset 🌅, lots of couples wanted to enjoy that romantic feeling and it wasn’t fair. I hope they can fix that ASAP because everything else was outstanding.

Ruth's Midtown unit is right in the heart of the life of Midtown, Miami. Restaurants, amenities, fashion, shopping -- all within easy walking distance. Great getaway for some urban living and endless sunshine! The unit was large, comfy, and fully stocked. Highly recommended!

The location was great right by everything with south beach in close drive and walking distance. The house was beautiful with great views and access to the beach. Would definitely use again thanks for having us.

The apartment is located in a great area. Close walking distance to all local attractions, stores, and South Beach. Apartment felt cozy and just what we needed after spending a long day at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Aleksandr's... always available to answer... we were greeted by yellow-collared parakeets on the balcony... I highly recommend this place for a stay close to the sea in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful place to stay and work

You can't help but say WOW when you walk through the door. Book it and don't even think twice about it. I could have spent all day just hanging out on the deck enjoying the view out to the sea.

Dmitry and Maria were incredibly kind and flexible, always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped.I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Miami.

Wonderful host, very responsive and proactive. Very helpful in arranging parking. Great location. Peace, quiet, green, yet very close to all things to do. Beautiful art deco character building. The apartment itself would be worth refreshing (e.g. painting or replacing tiles in the bathroom), but this does not significantly affect the overall very good rating. Plus coffee makers. Paying a parking fee is a challenge, but this is an issue on the Airbnb side.

Impressive and huge building with many services. Fantastic mail room For receiving Amazon packages or so. Beautiful view to The sea. No balcony. Good bed but noisy. A water boiler would save time and energy.
