Great house we used as overflow from a retreat nearby. Beautiful backyard also.

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Service was good. Host was responsive. Utilized the hot water and microwave but it would’ve been nice to have it in the unit instead of in the lobby . Business center was nice to have and be able to print needed papers. Front desk was kind and polite.

Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

We hosted a small gathering of 14 and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. The home is stunning, with beautiful turquoise tones and a serene waterfront backdrop—ideal for pre-wedding photos. The outdoor kitchen and waterfall added elegance and made the space feel extra special. It had everything we needed and more. Whether for a celebration or a relaxing family getaway, this house is truly exceptional.

The place was great for few days vacation . Anita responded within few minutes if you had any questions. It was quiet during the night . Very close to the beach .

The apartment has a beautiful ocean view and is very well furnished. It has a very nice pool that unfortunately we could not use due to the bad weather we had. We felt comfortable and will surely stay again.

Jordan and her team were quick to respond to any request or questions. Very precise with their answers. Just an awesome experience. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The suite was large and beautifully finished, perfect for our small family with a 3 year old son. The amenities at the St Regis were fantastic as well and Michael was always quick to respond and professional. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience, everything was as expected. Will be recommending to anyone that wants to stay in Brickell.

Ben was extremely accommodating and insured we had everything we needed. Everything was smooth. The balcony does face the departure parking lot so make sure to close the blinds or you will see the car lights during the night. But overall great place at a hotel with a vibe.

Amazing place to stay

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Great location and easy access. Parking is a significant plus as well as the beach chairs on the beach. Thanks again to Delphine for all her clarifications, we'll be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Dominque’s place! I was looking for a quick getaway and this was exactly what I needed! I loved the location, being away from the hustle and bustle of the South Beach area. It’s located right across the street from the beach, which made it easy to get in/out when the weather was less than sunny some days. All of the essentials in the house were great, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to go back for my next getaway!

The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. Really loved this staying at Yana’s place . I will definitely recommend it to others and will always check its availability for anytime I’m planning a trip to south Florida. Located close to everything’s I especially loved how peaceful it was and all the easy walking to fun breakfast spots, the beach, and Publix. Yana was always very responsive when I reached out for questions. It was a tad difficult getting in at first but I think had I received the instructions prior to my arrival things would’ve made more sense. I received the message after I received the keys. Looking forward to coming back!

This was a great place to stay.  Jose was very responsive, and the place was immaculately clean and shiny bright.  You could see pride of ownership in how well maintained the apartment was. I could tell Jose had thought through the needs from our viewpoint by all the little details and things he provided to give us a good customer experience.  The location was great.   In the past, we stayed in a different apartment in this same building and this one was head and shoulders above the previous one.  Great job, Jose!

We had a great stay at Andrey's place! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a low key weekend in Miami Beach. The home was clean, had beautiful & well thought out decor, kitchen was great for cooking breakfast (plus the mini market downstairs was helpful for basics like eggs, bread, milk) and we appreciated the easy beach access with on hand towels, chairs and umbrella. We rented Citibikes and biked down the boardwalk, about a 30 minute ride to South Beach. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The suite was exactly as pictured and the location was perfect. The resort has everything you can imagine so if you didn’t want to leave, you really don’t have to. Just up the street from South Beach and a quick ride to Wynnwood and Brickell. Will definitely be back!
