Highly recommend! The unit is new and beautiful with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. The building is very nice, with 2 pools, a large hot tub, relaxing common areas, and friendly staff. Michael was quick to respond to all our questions.

I had a great stay at Lincoln Arms! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a relaxing and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

Communication was very good, very quick answers and check in very easy. Are was more than flexible: My flight left in the evening and he offered me to stay as long as possible and even organized a place to leave lugguage and a possibility to take a shower-He frequently asked if everything was ok-perfect host, will definitively come back!

living space is very clean & well stocked. View of city and partial ocean is a highlight especially with ceiling to floor windows! love the valet parking & resort providing beach chairs and umbrella, it was needed in 90 degree weather! Building could invest in better gym equipment & thr pool area closed too soon for adults and pricing. overall great place!

Very nice and reputable apartment right on the beautiful beach. The apartment is super central, as soon as you arrive by car it is taken and parked by the guys, you get out and check in the lobby, super easy. The guests come from all over the world and are rather upscale, the place is clean, and offers access to the pools and gym in addition to everything described. Very nice apartment, modernly furnished with washing machine and dryer, we arrived with two children, the baby bed and the high chair were already placed in the apartment, very attentive of Michael. Everything in the area is within walking distance, supermarket, restaurants, fast food all within 5 minutes. The beach is phenomenal and the loungers and parasols are provided by the hotel (private beach). It was a very nice time at Michael's place, thank you, we'll come back.

You really enjoy this thing in this nice and clean apartment. It had everything we needed for our babymoon vacation. Everything was great. The apartment was a sparkling clean. The pool and the gym were very nice and perfect. The fifth floor pool was great because we have a two year-old and he could walk in the water. They really enjoyed every second there the beach was fantastic and very beautiful. Although I wish the beach was a cleaner. We found some plastic glasses and some trash in the sand. We'll book this place for sure for our next Miami Beach vacation .

Amazing, spacious, clean, quiet and beautiful apartment. Michael was extremely responsive to all of my questions and requests, facilitating a late check out, and allowing me to hold onto a few towels for the afternoon so I could continue to enjoy the beach until my flight

Amazing 5-star stay! pro: -Amazing ocean view from the 12th floor. New apartment and excellent interior design. -10-minute walkable distance to Walgreens and grocery stores -One nice restaurant on the first floor of a nearby hotel -Nice sofa on the balcony to enjoy the ocean view con: -While it's great to put your laptop on the side on a vacation, the wifi sometimes takes 1-2 seconds to refresh a Chrome web page. Michael’s property was very clean and accurately described check in/out was a very smooth process, we were grateful that we were able to be accommodated at this property on such short notice.

This was a terrific stay! Michael’s place was lovely and enjoyable, very clean and exactly as described. We slept so well in the huge comfortable bed and woke up to a beautiful beach and ocean view. Great furniture, stocked kitchen including pods for the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Michael was a very kind and responsive host! Building staff were helpful and friendly. Loved strolling onto the beach, the chairs and umbrella, the gentle waves, the jacuzzi, and finishing the day with a glass of wine on the balcony. We hope to come again soon!

The Bikini Hostel was a great place to stay for an excellent price! Right in South Beach, close to everything, and walking distance (little less than a mile) from Ocean Drive. Having stayed in similar places, this one felt secure and the staff was helpful with any questions/requests we had. Great location and very affordable!
