Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Miami-Dade County

It was a very and peaceful. They were very friendly and communicated very well. I don’t care for all the stray cats in the backyard but it was a quiet peaceful neighborhood very clean inside.

I had an amazing stay at Dean’s Apartment in North Beach! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with great local spots for food and coffee nearby. Dean was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in and communication super easy. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood vibe while still being close to all the fun Miami has to offer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of North Beach!

I really enjoyed my stay. Check in was easy. Henry greeted me and showed me around. Henry was very hospitable. The room was nice and very comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants very close and convenient. I would definitely recommend his place.

Luz is a great host. Everything is very clean and organized. She makes sure that you have everything you need. I will stay here again. I recommend her 100%

Great value for size. 4th floor is lowest floor in the tower, so you cannot see the beach but you can see the ocean. Pictures looked dark but plenty of light throughout. Nice furnishings and thoughtful layout. Bathroom backs the lift, but most of the time it is very quiet. We went during Spring Break expecting some noise. Lobby was bustling but it was quiet on our floor. Don’t miss the restaurant. Prices are reasonable and the food was better than the ratings let on. Kitchen not very stocked but there is a convenience store downstairs. Free Trolly out-front for all of Miami Beach. Valet service got behind with all the guests, so give them about 20 minutes while busy. You can call ahead, but dropping off after a night out will take some patience. Great value on Mid-Beach.

Gabriel's place was ahhhhmazingggg! Witnessing the sunrise was absolutely breathtaking and made the cost completely worth it! It was nice and high up, quiet condo, squeaky clean and looked just like the photos. You are right on the water (ocean view).. and the way the moonlight bounced off the ocean floor made all of my pictures look like they came right out of a catalog! I would completely book this place over and over again!! :) Gabriel was so kind and made the check in process super smooth. Keep up the great work Gabriel! It was a pleasure! 🙏🏼

Jeans place was awesome and perfect for our family!! So close to the ocean and freeway accessible. The private parking and keyless entry were so convenient!! Didn't have to worry about keeping up with a key while at the beach or shopping. It was so clean and he was always getting back to any questions I had. I would not hesitate to book with him again !! It was the perfect vacation home for us.... clean kitchen and bathrooms and our own PARKING GARAGE!! FREE PARKING!! Plenty of extras like lounge chairs and umbrellas coolers.... AC worked great in the Florida heat !! There was even a fan in the rooms so I could have my white noise at night.

It’s an excellent apartment, the host was already very attentive and answered our messages quickly! It was an excellent stay, the view and the building are spectacular, and it is close to everything, the best restaurants and attractions.

Accurate place if you want to enjoy the beach, the proximity and exit to the beach is exception.l

Wonderful apartment in the center of Miami Beach. Fully corresponds to the description, convenient location, caring owner. The price corresponds to the quality. We stayed for several days, happy with the stay.

Carlos’ condo is a great place to stay. All you need in a condo. Plenty of things to cook with and two great TVs. Beds are firm. Highly recommended

Sandra was a very friendly and flexible person with our schedules. He always responded when we consulted him. The apartment is very well equipped. It has beach towels and towels for the apartment, things for the beach, equipped kitchen, everything very well. The building is a bit old, but within the apartment the environments are very spacious. And it's close to the beach.

I had a wonderful stay! The pictures, description, and instructions were all accurate. Mazu was very responsive and such a pleasure to work with! Thank you so much for the accommodations, I will be returning!
