Spacious Retreat next 2 Downtown

Sarah was a wonderful Host, very helpful and clear instructions, about all Apartment's facilities, usage of utilities and clear instructions for check out. With my wife we find the Apartment very comfortable, well located, and with all what is needed for our stay in Bakersfield. We walked to the Park with my wife, nearby (as it was advertised) and enjoyed looking to the nice trees, gardens and had a good time in that nice Apartment (that is furnished to new, with nice living room, kitchen (new equipment), and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Thanks for kind hospitality and communication with us. God bless you abundantly!

i thought this was a great apartment for my current needs! i’m a current PA student that needed a place to stay for a month during rotations, and this was a great way to have a full apartment with all the typical amenities for a short period. the covered parking was great, nice apartment complex, and peaceful area while i was there! i would stay again if needed!
