Realmente siempre sigue siendo fantástico en visitar esta casa que tiene un estilo muy acogedor, con unos atardeceres y vistas increíbles desde los balcones de la casa, ademas de un clima fenomenal, perfecto en las noches para usar la chimenea y un área social con jacuzzi además de bbq para compartir en familia , Ana Maria una excelente anfitriona y esperamos volver pronto

My friends and I (group of 8 ladies) stayed here for one night at the end of our girls trip vacation in Costa Rica. Lily’s house is absolutely gorgeous. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed our last day in CR. It is close enough to walk to a Fresh Market. The grounds keeper, Nery, was available for any of our questions and very helpful and friendly. It was very close to the airport. Loved our time there and we all wished we could have spent another day or two there to enjoy the beautiful house.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este Airbnb en Alajuela, Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto pero en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a otros viajeros.

Our family of four with two teenagers loved this place. The instructions and YouTube video were super helpful when we had to find this gem hidden back from the Main Street. The jacuzzi was great and they really used all of the space so well to create a little oasis that was close to the action but felt a world away. Highly recommend.

amazing place with beautiful views including toucans in the mornings and monkeys right down the street! very spacious and i honestly felt right at home. the host helped me by getting a birthday cake for one of my guests and helped us get home when the road was closed. they were a saving grace and made our stay worth it. thank you guys for everything!

This place is perfect. The cabin itself is cozy but spacious and so clean. The view of the plants from the bedroom and kitchen windows is so cool. The bed is sooo comfy and the sheets so soft. Terrace was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast in front of a variety of plants. We even saw some wildlife on the property. The free weights were a great touch and within walking distance there’s a public running track and outdoor gym. We would recommend this place to all our friends !

We spent 7 nights in Costa Rica of which 2 nights were in Casa Aracari...looking back, we should have spent the whole 7 nights there. Our flight was delayed for 8 hours so we arrived at night; we did not drive to Atenas until the morning - that was a very good decision as night driving on roads that are not well marked would have been a hairy experience! The cottage was exactly as described; however, we were very pleasantly surprised by the constant breeze wafting through the living area and the feeling of pure peace sitting on the verandah listening to the sounds of nature. The cottage was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. An added bonus: no mosquitoes! Valeria was very prompt in sending someone to fix an issue with the door lock and also was very helpful with any questions we had on the surrounding area. For sure I will be back!

Lovely villa: relaxing with wonderful views of Arenal. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Jason’s instructions were specific and spot-on. We did many area adventures and ate in La Fortuna - all wonderful. We also did the Sloth Territory tour after asking Jason for recommendations and enjoyed great sloth viewing and our local guide. Thanks for a terrific stay at Villa Mara.

Beautiful home! It’s in a very safe and private area, has everything you meed. The hosts are very attentive whenit comes to communicating.

This is a nice place to stay. You have restaurants all around you and stores and the mall about 20 -30 minutes up the street if you walk. Uber is always available.

Una típica quinra de recreo con una cada cómoda muy limpia y bien equipada. El área social excelente. Hicimos BBQ y se pasa muy bien en la piscina. De noche sumamente especial con luces y todo lo necesario. Vamos y ducha al aire libre también. Un 10! Muy comunicativos los anfitriones.

Nice loft in peaceful neighborhood and with an amazing view. Had all amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was our favourite Airbnb and the only mistake we made is not booking it longer. It was also the comfiest bed we slept in all week! Norwin went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special!! We loved it. There was so much to do it was an incredible space and we were sad to leave it! We appreciate all the recommendations from Norwin, he was an incredible host! The hot water was also a bonus ! We loved the pool perfect place to cool down and soooo many games ! I would not hesitate to come back just to stay here!! The only rec I would have is earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the walls are a little thin, although usually a very quiet peaceful neighbourhood!

Maricel is a great host! She’s very responsive and accommodated our needs. We enjoyed our visit in her home & appreciate her & her family. The home is conveniently located in walking distance to sodas, restaurants, groceries, a nearby shopping mall, etc. and it’s a short drive to & from the airport. We felt safe due to the security gate, since it’s an active area. We also enjoyed relaxing/breakfast on the front patio/porch. We would have preferred brighter lighting or natural sun light throughout the inside of the home, instead of the more dim/darker lighting but it served our short term purposes and seemed to fit the home’s unique decor.

Toucan Tranquility, its pool and patio areas are beautiful. We did not miss a/c. We enjoyed lovely breezes through the patio and at night, it was a great temperature as the location is at a bit higher than Atenas. There is very good privacy - the hosts were at home in the upper level, but their space and entrance to the upper level is entirely separate - they even have a separate gate from the street. It was wonderful to be surrounded by trees, lush greenery and flowers. The beds were comfortable and there were many conveniences such as racks for our suitcases and comfortable furniture. The outdoor kitchen was a new experience for us. It made it possible for us to bake a chicken and a cake. The location was quite peaceful - away from the bustle of Atenas. Cher was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. She shared some recommendations and is the source of a wealth of information. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excelente alojamiento, muy bien ubicado cerca de Atenas, en un lugar alto, tranquilo y fresco. Cuenta con piscina y gimnasio común, es genial! Y además Vera es una mujer muy atenta y nos cuidó muy bien. Volveremos seguro!

Had a great vacation at this beautiful home, we are a family of 5 with 3 girls (15, 13, and 11). The kids loved having their own room and bathroom. The "kids room" is located in the back corner of the property with the pool in-between the main guest house and the kids room, worked out great for us. We loved the open air outdoor kitchen. House is nicely removed from La Fortuna but the main guest house does back to the road and can hear the traffic, while light, in the evenings and morning while sleeping, not a big issue. We spent our days exploring the area, loved the food at Jalapas, La Fortuna waterfall, rope swing, ATV and Hot Spring combo excursion (La Finca Lodge, check it out! Only 12 people at the hot spring), and Judah set us up on a white water rafting trip that was a blast! Pool was bigger than expected and enjoyed while we were on the property. Used the propane grill and outdoor burners. Beds comfortable. The grounds are very well kept and have a very nice walking path.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing six weeks in Casita Vivace. The house is very comfortable and well set up for two people (More could be accommodated but with less privacy.). There’s a great kitchen with lots of ‘equipment’; Andy will provide anything extra upon request. The bed is very comfortable with sufficient bedding and pillows. There are lots of good quality towels. There’s a nice patio at the front of the house with comfy chairs and another patio at the back for when shade is needed. The gardens and surrounding property are filled with plants and trees and many birds. Andy and Nancy are friendly and responsive hosts. We enjoyed several dinners with them, including a meal that Andy catered especially for us and our guest. Andy’s chef skills result in delicious meals; he makes the BEST pizza! The area is very central to places of interest. San Ramon is a busy place with a good variety of grocery and produce stores as well as a farmer’s market. In summary, a great place to stay.

Doña Vilma nos trató como si fuera amiga de años. Muy amable y servicial. Tiene una piscina muy linda. Un lugar para ir a descansar en familia. Está en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de comercios. Son Pet friendly El lugar es acogedor, sin lujos, pero se respira un agradable ambiente familiar. Volvería a ir perfectamente.

Spent two nights at this lovely air bnb. We ordered breakfast for our second morning there and it was lovely! The space is as described - it’s not fancy, but it was comfortable and clean. My kids loved the pool!

We enjoyed staying at Cat’s and Yolanda’s home. Even though there is shared common areas, we felt very comfortable and private. Afternoon swims in the pool and lounging in the hot tub was relaxing. Quiet mornings in the upper deck were peaceful and you could hang out and enjoy the gorgeous valley view. We are fairly active so walks into town were very doable. Atenas has a good mix of tourists and locals and is a friendly town.
