NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Maja's hut - fairytale time out in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

My apartment is in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (district of Feldkirchen). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerhamer station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. The IHK Academy Westerham is 5 minutes away by car.

You can reach all the important places in no time from this centrally located place. The cities of Munich, Rosenheim and Salzburg, the mountains, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Tegernsee and other Upper Bavarian lakes can be reached in 20-60 minutes by car or train. The Bruckmühl train station is within a max. 5 minutes on foot.

Our vacation apartment "Kirchblick" is located between Munich and the Alps, beautifully situated on the 2nd floor of a newly-renovated country house in the Upper Bavarian village of Aying. The apartment impresses with its high rooms, the beautiful view and its high-quality amenities. There are two separate bedrooms with a total of five beds. The open-plan fitted kitchen offers cooking comfort to the highest standard.
