Monthly Rentals in Baia Sant'Anna

Nice place with lots of plaz and great garden. In the morning we could have breakfast in the shade, enjoy the evening sun in the evening. The location is a little off the beaten path, and it takes a few minutes by car to get to the next place. It was no problem for us, we usually shopped on the road and had breakfast in the apartment and often cooked in the evening or took us a pizza on the way. Roberta was very flexible with our check in and check out times and was always very nice and very accessible.

The house, even if just minutes from the most beautiful beaches, is in a very quiet and quiet area and internal to the street. We appreciated the quality of the furnishings and accessories, the organization of the indoor and outdoor spaces in particular the patio with the large stone table and wrought iron chairs and the care of the lawn and trees definitely entrusted to an experienced gardener. A special applause for Claire's availability to manage communication before and during the stay.

We stayed at Pina's House on the second week of April. Unfortunately, the temperatures were not yet suitable for bathing and most restaurants were still closed. In Pina's apartment kitchen, however, there is almost everything you need to feed yourself. Oven, gas stove and microwave, toaster, waffle iron, blender, blender. Even a ball grill incl. Charcoal was available. We will be happy to come back at a different time of year to really enjoy the beautiful beaches in the area!

great welcome from Simone who receives us directly on site in order to go around the house and give us the best advice. moreover Simone speaks French which helped us well. the house is perfect. it is intimate and very quiet. great setting. We extended our stay so much we love the place. I would recommend it 100%.
