We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing. The design, the layout, all of it. Cool place to stay. Location is clearly amazing, beachfront, easy access to the beach, lots to eat and do around here. I hate writing anything negative, and this one is out of the properties control, the end of this street was incredibly loud all night and into the morning, 3:30 in the morning one night. Groups gather right outside the property on the street and play music louder than I thought was possible. The security guard, Javier, does try to control it, but the local police are not responsive so I want to be clear it is not the fault of the property. Out of 7 nights it was quiet on like two of them. Pray for heavy rain and these mongrels may go away. Javier, the security guard, is a true gem and literally one of the bright spots of the stay. He’s on guard all night, makes parking much easier, and cleans around the place where partiers leave trash. Get that man a raise, and anyone who stays, should tip this guy!

We loved this place! So peaceful with incredible wildlife all around. The pool and beach proximity to the house were amazing. Our 2 boys ages 6 and 9 were in heaven out in the ocean and pool each day. It does get warm in house the afternoon/evening but it’s worth a little discomfort for this gem of a place . We didn’t want to leave. Jose the caretaker was wonderful and answered any questions we had. You will not regret booking this incredible place. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for such a memorable trip to Costa Rica!

Amazing condo! Felt very safe, beach view, easy access to the beach. It’s a complexe during the day you can spend at the beach, at night you have access to the very large swimming pool. Just outside the complexe, there are markets and restaurants that you can walk to. There is high security to get in, each section requires a code make sure you have them allwritten out. The hosts sent us a list, keep it close it also has the WiFi code. Full of Iguana ´s in the morning and sometimes you see some Parrot’s. Its a great place between Manuel Antonio and Jaco.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Absolutely loved staying in Karen and Chiri’s beautiful home. Karen met us at check in and was very friendly and welcoming. She was kind enough to bring us homemade banana bread and delicious local blue bananas. The house was very private, tastefully decorated and felt quite safe. The backyard pool and view from the bedroom balcony were our favorite parts. The kitchen was well stocked and had all necessary amenities, bed was comfy. The house was within walking distance of the beach and several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend dining at Los Almendros, Karen and Chiri’s restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in this place! It was perfect for the whole family. We spent our days between the beach and the pool and it was perfect. Nothing better than having the beach right in front of the house. Also they had cleaning services every day included in the price which was amazing, we didn’t have to be cleaning the sand of the floors and we had new towels every day. We completely loved our stay totally recommend!

We loved Manglers restaurant across the street and the quiet location was most welcome. I’m SO glad we booked with Jill and her excellent local team!!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! John made our trip helping provide such a quick turnaround. We had been staying at the Los Suenos Marriott and we didn’t feel connected to Costa Rica and what we were hoping to experience and John changed that. About 1 hour into a Jaco Beach visit we connected with John and he had us in his property within a couple of hours. The other families that were staying near him were extremely helpful and very kind pointing us in the right direction for every experience that we wanted. The views were outstanding and location was perfect.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Casa Move was everything we hoped for. Our family arrived and had an easy check in with a quick home tour provided by Wil. The home is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and to a little corner bodega/cafe. The home was well appointed with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The fellas made friends with the owner of Carton Surf Shop next door and spent their days surfing. We walked the trail nearby and saw monkeys, an anteater and tons of birds. We ended our hike with a stop at the Puddlefish Brewery across the street. It is about a 5-8 minute drive to town and we visited a few times. All in all a wonderful , safe location and a lovely home. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful large house right on the beach just waiting to be filled with people. You can walk right out of the gate next to the pool and be in the ocean in one minute or less. It’s a large house with three bedrooms, including two complete suites with full bathrooms. It’s enclosed in a tall secure fenced area, but the beach area has more of a gated fence. The balcony and pool area are perfect for outdoor Costa Rican living. There is coveted beach parking right inside the gate. This is very much a non-touristy area but has ample restaurants and markets. Professional hosts. It’s so nice that I took a 15-minute background video from the balcony to replay at home so that I can relive the moment. Location, location, location plus A/C, hot water, Wi-Fi, and the sound of the ocean. No negatives associated with this property. What more could you want.

Waking up to sound of the waves and being able to walk on beautiful quiet beach was relaxing. The location of this place is great. 15 min (by car)from the Jaco downtown. And still very quiet and private. There are stores and restaurants close by. The place is well put together, clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Cindy was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is as shown in the photos and is pet friendly, a benefit for those of us who always travel with our pets. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. The caretaker Yeni was very helpful (I don't think much English but we didn't have trouble communicating). Jessica was wonderful from afar and very responsive. The house was very comfortable. It does get warm at the beach this time of year, so very thankful for the ac in the bedrooms and lots of fans - and a wonderful swimming pool. Had all the amenities listed. Were able to grill one night. Lots of great restaurants nearby. A good set of instructions with things to do and places to get food, sights to see. Gray sand beach but not rocky like some in Costa Rica are. House was spacious - we were only two couples but easily could be a friends group or larger family. Could easily have stayed longer - maybe next time!

We felt like family immediately upon arrival. We met grandchildren, played cards and got lots of puppy love from their dachshund Hank. Our cabina overlooking the pool was spotless, well stocked with quality linens and a very comfortable bed. The home is beautiful inside and out situated on a quiet street steps from the beach.

The place is very spacious and Cat and José's service is unbeatable. The house is beachfront. I have gone to this place twice and I recommend it 100%.

This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .

Jean's Jaco studio was beautiful and looked just like the amazing photos! I loved waking up to see the beach and birds. The view is simply stunning. The property is extremely secure with 24 hour staffing by very friendly people. Jean provided very detailed instructions (including for checkout, wifi, AC, blinds and remotes, and was responsive when I didn't quite understand the code for entry (I needed to do a better job of reading, is what it came down to). Jean called me and talked me through the issues I was having and was very friendly, which I appreciated! I wish I had more days to enjoy the pool which was clean and inviting. Jean let me lay at the pool with a friend, which is a private area, and that was super nice of Jean to allow. I wish I had more days on site! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in. Bathroom was beautiful and featured nice shampoo, body wash & lotion, and everything worked perfectly. Next time I'm in Jaco I will be going to Jean's!

We loved this house! It's super close to the beach. Super nice with all the amenities. The 8 of us slept comfortably and there are 3 full bathrooms which makes it easier to get ready, etc. I really recommend it!
