Very cozy place, quiet and incredible views

I spent two most relaxing days in the loft. Perfect place for those who like being in the middle of nature. The cabin is an open structure with nets instead of windows. It is very well equipped, including a complete kitchen and an outdoor shower. For those who are addicted to A/C, there is none due to the open character of the loft, but 3 fans are more than enough to cool you down. Pablo, who takes care of the property, was most welcoming and nice, leading the way to the cabin and giving some good advice for things to do in the area. I would recommend going there at least in an SUV as the last 5 minutes of driving involve some steep and bumpy bits. My personal highlight was seeing a group of spider monkeys passing by directly in front of the terrace while having my morning coffee! I can only highly recommend this place!

Wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect. Close to everything, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. Neff was very responsive when asked questions. Gave great recommendations for restaurants. The bed and furniture were extremely comfortable. And the best thing was the pool. We used it every day rain or shine. Will hopefully be back soon!!

Great stay in Costa Rica! Carlos was an amazing and attentive host, especially to take time out & give us a tour of the waterfall nearby.

We were at Chamana's house for a weekend and the stay couldn't have been better, The house has all the amenities and an unbeatable location, a short walk from the beach. Naty, our host, was excellent with 5-star service, very kind and super friendly. I definitely recommend this house. Thank you Naty, we hope to be able to return soon. Pura Vida!

This place was great. It was very well kept and spacious for us. We enjoyed the evenings outside by the pool. I it was very private and quiet. We loved the landscape.

Before I dive into how wonderful this home is, here’s a tip: rent a 4x4 vehicle for your stay. The house is located up a mountain, and Ubers are extremely expensive—$30–$35 just to get to the base of the mountain, and up to $80 one way to visit the nearby waterfalls. Planning ahead will save you a lot of money and give you more freedom to explore. Now, about the house—it’s absolutely stunning. Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, it truly felt like a luxury retreat. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Nothing was overlooked. The bedrooms are cozy and serene, with super soft sheets and very comfortable beds—we all slept soundly every night. The bathrooms are large, featuring double sinks, walk-in closets, and showers designed to feel like you’re bathing outdoors—with views even from the shower! If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, & peaceful home with jaw-dropping views, your search is over!

The gate acted up a bit but the host was pretty quick to get someone over to repair.

This home in the heart of the jungle is a real little jewel!! We spent 5 nights there and loved our experience. The location is ideal, not too far from Manuel Antonio, Dominical and very close to beautiful waterfalls. The pool area is really well appointed and is a big plus. We were also able to observe 2 toucans from our balcony while having our breakfast. Melissa and Said are very available and you feel at home.

Absolutely loved staying here, the place was clean and perfect for me and my girlfriend and the surrounding views from the balcony were stunning. I would definitely comeback and stay again. The only thing I recommend to others looking to stay here is have a 4x4 vehicle, I definitely was not prepared for the drive up lol but once you are pretty much to the top of the hill you have an amazing view of the ocean and sunset depending on the time of day. Definitely recommend this place 👌🏼

The time in Gerardo's accommodation was very nice. The location to the beach or national park was perfect to reach on foot and we could see many macaws. We lacked nothing in the accommodation and a few meters further you could have your laundry washed for little money. There are also some restaurants nearby that you can visit. In addition, you had a small beautiful outdoor area where you could sit comfortably in the garden. If you are in Uvita, we highly recommend the accommodation! 😄

I really enjoyed staying here. It was well-located and in an area where it’s easy to walk dogs and explore. Great price for what you get. Some constructive criticism would be to have the middle door, which seems to be a common area bathroom, open. Ours was locked. There is also a camera facing right at the pool area which is understandable but a bit intimidating. A few stains in the shower from a product. You’re asked to wash the dishes which I personally believe is the host’s responsibility. With these easy fixes it would be a perfect stay. Location is flat, not mountainous, and a quick drive to Bahia Ballena, Uvita center, Ojochal, and Dominical.

The place was amazing, walking distance to everything we needed for a weekend scuba diving in Isla del Caño. Christoph was super responsive and attentive to whatever we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is very pretty and clean. The view is pretty and the pool is nice. The patio is slippery when it is wet. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Excellent service, very attentive and helpful. The place is very strategically located to visit the main entrance of the Ballena Marine Park or to get to different beaches in the area.
