I cannot say enough about the beauty of this location. The view is unbelievable. The house is so well sited to take advantage of the view. The porch is gorgeous and soaking tub is lovely. The house is glass on two sides to take full advantage of the view but also completely private. Modern decor with a serene and peaceful vibe. Isaac responded immediately to our questions when we arrived. Great weekend getaway. We will definitely stay here again!

Wilber and his wife are amazing people, keep in mind that there is no restaurants around the area or any shops, but they cooked delicious meals for us. And, keep your repellent close

Guillermo was a great host. He met us at the gate and was very welcoming. His place is a fun quirky little place and his pride of ownership shows. The kitchen was well stocked and the La Hermosa town square, with a consistently good little restaurant La Cuchara de Lao, was a short walk away.

Definitely a gem! I love San Luis and this is a great place to stay. The cabin is super cute and the property is gorgeous. I loved the rainbow eucalyptus trees right outside the cabin. The amenities were very nice, super relaxing - especially the infrared sauna and the yoga area, which both have a view of the distant waterfall. I especially enjoyed doing yoga while watching toucans fly from tree to tree in front of me :)

This house is very close to downtown Pegibaye de Pérez Zeledón. We think it's close to downtown Pérez Zeledón, just a few minutes away. This accommodation was exceptional. We had a rainy day, which was also perfect because we could see the mist between the mountains. The view from the Jacuzzi adds 5 stars. 100% recommended

We had the most amazing stay at ricardo and clara’s cabin! It’s such a beautiful, peaceful place, immersed in a lush and abundant food forest, and watched over by a majestic, old mango tree. There is a stream that is constantly flowing and soothing you. Wake up to howler monkeys and bird songs. The cabin was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In fact, we loved our stay so much that we ditched other travel plans and stayed for another week! We highly recommend staying in this beautiful cabin if you’re looking for a beautiful natural sanctuary to stay in, while being close to the ocean and towns and services. We had such an incredible stay here. Walking through an incredible garden by Marino Ballena National Park in the morning felt like the biggest treat. Listening to monkeys and macaws from the terrace was a total immersion in nature. I needed to walk to see Uvita Oasis’s pool, laundry room, veranda, outside seating areas, etc. Our cabin in the Uvita Oasis was a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With excellent air conditioning and WiFi, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to be completely self-sufficient. Although there are various private parking areas in Uvita Oasis, the cabin had its own parking space well protected from the sun. Milena, our dedicated point of contact at Uvita Oasis, was exceptional. She swiftly arranged a day trip to Corcovado within a couple of hours and was always prompt in her responses, ensuring our needs were met. 100% recommend

Cabana Chirincoco was so perfect we didn’t want to leave. Juan and his family are amazing hosts-friendly, proactive and inviting. We loved the cabin especially how open it was to nature: the outdoor kitchen, bulls across a gentle stream and so many hawks, toucans and chirincoco birds. You can walk to General Viejo our take a short drive to Rivas, San Isidro and other local cities. Plenty of food options whether you eat in or dine out. We will definitely return next time we find ourselves in the area.

The home is in a great location. The pool is super refreshing after a hot afternoon out and about.

Our stay at the Castro cabana was amazing!!! The compound was extremely private and we really enjoyed the common areas, like the pool and outdoor kitchen. The cabin had a really good kitchen so we were able to cook most of our meals there, but when we didn’t want to cook, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also so so close so we were able to really enjoy the ocean every day. When we arrived, there was no hot water, and when I let the host know, they had it fixed extremely quickly! We really appreciated that. Our group had a really good time and would love to come back!!!

You'd have to search a long, long time to find a more helpful, generous, and gracious hostess than Laura. She went out of her way to help us with a problem we had in getting to her place. There was a bowl of fresh fruit harvested from her property waiting for us in the kitchen, and Laura had put four fresh coconuts in the fridge, already husked and ready for us tothe cold milk. Laura also included us in a nice birthday cookout for one of the men who works there. This is a great place to rest and recuperate from traveling. The house is beautifully built and very comfortable. The king-size bed and the walk-in shower are luxurious. The washer & dryer allowed us to leave with clean clothes in our suitcases. The nights were quiet; the stars and the sound of the river were wonderful. We had a car but never left the property. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I've seen in Airbnb rentals and there was coffee & tea. We could have lived for several days on the items in the pantry.

The cabin is really nice to relax and good location to drive from to nearby beaches and waterfalls. I felt the cabin is also larger than it looks on the pics! Especially the kitchen area. The second bedroom is probably more suited for children than adults, it has no space to put your bags and clothes. Only the main room has some space for this. Also, second bedroom is only separated from living room by a double set of courtains, they're thick and dark, but there are no doors or walls. We visited as a couple, so no problem for us :), but something to keep in mind if 3 or 4 friends want to visit. Our favorite area of the house was the terrace overlooking the woods, great to just hang out and also has a nice table to have breakfast,lunch, etc

Wish of our stay in Costa Rica. Wooden house, spacious, in an unspoiled environment. Don't look for the walls of the bedrooms, it's screens that make you feel like you're in the heart of the forest. Very rich wildlife, the healer monkeys are waking up in the morning. The house is located in a cocoa plantation, the master of the premises, Ronald, will make you discover (and taste!) its excellent artisanal chocolate. Thank you again for hosting us.

An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of people and the city, just to be quiet and disconnected from the urban world. You have to have a 4x4 car because the entrance requires it. Don Marco was very attentive and explained the house rules well and waited for us at the entrance, verifying that we would choose well. We loved the place

A very nice and cozy place, it has the basics for an excellent stay in the Uvita area. Close to the entrance to Marino Ballena Park. Nele and her husband were very helpful and pleasant at all times, they gave us recommendations and welcomed us very warmly. Very clean place and surrounded by nature, just to relax and unwind, a spacious bathroom, with light and good ventilation with mosquito protection, fully equipped kitchen and we loved the small terrace in front with a table and lights at night for a beautiful evening.

This place was amazing. Location was 100 yards from the water with no one in front of you. It was a great way to spend our birthdays. Other than a few fishing boats launching and surf school 1/2 a mile down the beach it was pretty private. It had a real authentic local feel. I would stay here again in a heart beat. The AC works great and helps cool down on those hot days. It is a cabin on the beach, don't expect the Four Seasons. For the price and location, you will not be disappointed with your stay. The place is the same as what you see in the photos! It's a quiet place where you can disconnect. The coolest thing is the beaches are really close.
