High above the plains of Lucca, in the tiny village of Gignano di Brancoli, you find this former part of a small monastery. Cozy small and very old house, renewed around year 2000. The house is serviced by English speaking neighbors. They help you with whatever you need. No wifi, free parking 200 m from house (often busy, so sometimes you must walk a bit more).
