Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Very spacious and cozy accommodation, super equipped, located 100 m from the woods, walks in the countryside, along the small river La Hoegne, the Hautes Fagnes, Spa F1 in a small countryside village. Top: the Réserve des Fagnes and its magnificent walks or bike rides. The accommodation has been completely renovated to best meet the needs of a stay for a couple, family, friends... The terrace is large, pleasant and sunny! Private independent cottage with private and covered parking. Top location!

Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

The refuge

The listing is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Solwaster. Easy access thanks to its private parking, come and relax in an old 1800 farmhouse. The premises have been completely redone to offer you all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. The cozy loft in our family home has a separate entrance and private parking. A lobby, separate toilet, living room (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), full kitchen, double bed and bathroom. A small cozy backyard is landscaped. "Chez Lou" is the ideal place for a relaxing stay. (Hot tub May to October). We are in Baelen, near the Hautes Fagnes and the Michel hut for beautiful walks. A stone's throw away, Aachen or Eupen, for activities, shops and restaurants.

The studio is in the middle of nature and yet the beautiful Euregio cities can be reached by car in +/- 30 minutes: Liège, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Eupen train station invites you to take a direct trip to Liège, Brussels, Ostend or Bruges ...

Relax in this quiet and warm environment. Enjoy the surrounding nature. Walks, bike tours, extra trails are accessible from the vacation rental. You are close to the charming spa town of Spa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of the "Great Spa Towns of Europe", a few km from the Spa Francorchamps circuit, cultural, historical and recreational places to discover such as, among others, the towns of Stavelot and Malmedy.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
