The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

The listing is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Solwaster. Easy access thanks to its private parking, come and relax in an old 1800 farmhouse. The premises have been completely redone to offer you all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay.
