Nadia and Erica welcomed us very kindly when we were a little late. They explained the essentials quickly with the ability to call them for anything. The environment is very nice, there is everything you need to not miss anything in the accommodation. Location for the car too. We really enjoyed our stay and these hosts are really lovely. Well-kept apartment equipped with all the necessities, the heating system is very efficient: we stayed here on very cold days and the house really heats up in a short time. The property is on a hill, in a quiet and peaceful area. The fully fenced garden is divided into a grassy area where you can park on one side, but also comfortably eat outdoors and a piece of forest where our dogs loved to run and play. The location is also very convenient, 5 minutes from the mini-metro, parks and various commercial activities. Reaching the center of Perugia was very easy. Very happy also with the co-host Anna who was always responsive, kind and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The stay at Federica's was wonderful. His house is in a charming location, a short walk from Perugia. The interiors reflect Federica's sunny and elegant soul, who was extremely helpful and excellent company during our stay. Surely, as soon as possible, we will return to "Casa Perla" in the company of our little dog.

Such a beautiful quiet apartment in the perfect spot of town as well. The host has thought of everything so the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, nothing was lacking. One of our favorite Airbnb experiences! We hope to return. Grazie mille!!!
