Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. Public transport are guaranteed in the day but i suggest to come with car to move easily in the evening. To rent for touristic use. Don't hesitate to write us for more infos!!!

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Our stay at La Casa dell Abate was truly wonderful and memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys beauty and comfort off the beaten path. From the moment we arrived, Allesio was welcoming, friendly, showed us around the home and offered tips on what to do. He will also offer you the opportunity for a pasta class or gourmet dinner which is prepared by their friend Francesco, in the private garden/outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed this experience. Their home is beautifully decorated yet maintains the charm of the 16th century in which the village was built. We slept great in the peaceful surroundings and the comfortable beds with nice linens. One of our best Airbnb experiences! Thank you Allesio.

Massimo was charming, picked us up from the station and took us to the house. The house is very nice, surrounded by vegetation, in a quiet and family area. The host also left us a full breakfast. There is a very accessible supermarket next door. We would repeat. The only thing is that you have to arrive by bus and the last one leaves at approximately 8:30 pm, but it's only 15 minutes by bus to the center. Very good experience, thank you!!

Francesca and her husband are great hosts. The accommodation, which is practically a castle, and its surroundings are beautiful, peaceful, clean, and tidy. Great for relaxing. I recommend everyone to see the estate with the host and an abundant tasting of local products.

We stayed with a couple of friends with two children and wanted a house like this in a quiet place with outdoor spaces where children can play, but also close to Perugia and other Umbrian destinations of great interest. I recommend it as a base for a ride in beautiful Umbria and I will definitely be back!!!!! Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. It was a very pleasant stop for us.
