A dream location and an exceptional host! Beautiful apartment, perfect location in Riccione. Access to the accommodation was easy, parking space included, a real plus after a trip. But the real asset of this apartment is undoubtedly its location: being almost facing the sea is an invaluable luxury! Despite an incident beyond our host's control – work on the adjacent street resulted in a morning water outage. The responsiveness and involvement of the owner were simply remarkable. Beyond this unforeseen event, the apartment was charming, clean and perfectly located. We highly recommend this listing for an idyllic stay in Riccione. The location is exceptional and the owner's welcome is just perfect.

We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Host beyond expectations

Fabiola was very kind, the house was lovely and very clean. The location, not far from the center, was very convenient for the trips we had to make. Public parking, but we always found it available, in front of the house. If we have other opportunities, we will definitely come back.

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

We stayed in Karla's apartment in the center of Perugia and we can only leave a super positive review. The location is perfect for visiting the historic center, all within walking distance. Karla was extremely helpful and provided us with all the useful information to experience the best of the city. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped: nothing was missing, not even for breakfast! Small touches and comforts that made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!
