Un emplacement de rêve et une hôte exceptionnelle ! Belle appartement, emplacement parfait à Riccione. L’accès au logement s’est fait avec facilité emplacement de parking inclus, un vrai plus après un voyage. Mais le véritable atout de cet appartement est sans aucun doute sa localisation : être quasiment face à la mer est un luxe inestimable ! Malgré un incident indépendant de la volonté de notre hôte – des travaux dans la rue adjacente ayant entraîné une coupure d’eau matinale . La réactivité et l’implication de la propriétaire ont été tout simplement remarquables. Au-delà de cet imprévu, l’appartement était charmant, propre et parfaitement situé. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour idyllique à Riccione. L’emplacement est exceptionnel et l’accueil de la propriétaire est tout simplement parfait.

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

Ho scelto la casa di Stefania per ospitare la mia famiglia a Pesaro durante le vacanze pasquali, è stata un’esperienza bellissima. Stefania ci ha accolti come fossimo a casa nostra, è stata super gentile e disponibile anche a consigliarci dei posti nelle vicinanze. La casa era impeccabile e molto accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e la tranquillità della zona ha reso il soggiorno molto rilassante. We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

L'appartamento rispettava quanto proposto nell'annuncio e anche di più. Fornito di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e funzionale. Lo spazio all'aperto è un'oasi di pace. Ottimo.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Genuinely one of the best air bnbs i have stayed in. The location is unmatched, the space is beautifully renovated, the house was very very clean and had everything we needed.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een klein appartement, waar perfect gebruik gemaakt is van de ruimte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Voor ons zeker een adres om terug te komen!

Andrea nous a super bien accueilli et a été de très bon conseils pour nos visites dans les alentours (restaurants, activités, etc.) Le logement était spacieux, parfaitement fonctionnel et très propre. Le parking gratuit et privé, ainsi que le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de réserver ce logement. Ps : pour ceux qui voudraient se rendre au grand prix de Moto GP (comme ça a été notre cas), sachez que le circuit est accessible très facilement, environ 10 min de voiture.

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

When we arrived he let us know that we had a surprise waiting for us. Well, It was an upgrade to the apartment above the room we rented! It was absolutely beautiful and felt like the castle that was lived in in the 1500's!! We slept great, had fun using the fireplace in the kitchen/living area and the stone sink was very authentic. They provided lots of food for us for breakfast and were alway available to let us know where we could go. We walked to Montone and it was so beautiful. The best part was booking a dinner on our last night there. We had a very romantic candlelit dinner with homemade pasta, bread, wine and all the food we could possibly eat! Such great hosts that we are planning on going back again when we visit Italy in 2027. Looking forward to seeing you again!!!!

Casa confortevole e comoda, consigliata!

È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’idromassaggio in giardino una coccola gradita. Essendo all’ottavo mese di gravidanza non tutti i giorni siamo andati in spiaggia, che comunque dista solo 10 minuti a piedi. Essere in mezzo alla natura è stato rilassante. La stanza comoda, con tutto ciò che può servire. Ci torneremo ancora. Lorena ha sempre risposto in tempi brevi ed è sempre stata gentile.
