Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Forest Cabin

This cabin, built from larch and fir wood and surrounded by nature, offers an exclusive retreat for two. Equipped with double bed, large panoramic window, private bathroom with walk-in shower, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and heating, it guarantees a cosy stay in any season. An outside LED-lit patio creates a charming atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi and free parking (approx. 100m away). ONLY a small dog is welcome. No hairdryer in the cabin, but available at the reception.

This newly built flat is located near the town of Brixen. Let your gaze wander over the famous monastery, vineyards and the peaks of the Alps. You will find a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. Enjoy the garden or the roof terrace. Parking spaces are available. Public transport nearby. Stroll through the old town of Brixen. Explore hiking and cycling trails and the nearby ski areas.

Palais Rienz - City Apartment (54 m²)

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Albrechthaus, Brixen

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt, nicht weit vom Brixner Dom, dem Pharmaziemuseum und dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and hiking right from the front door. It is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
