We had a great stay for our family of 7. Our kids loved the pool and back yard. It is a great spot to explore the Dolomites in general, but limited in terms of restaurants / things to do within walking distance. Easy parking in garage across the street. Lots of character and pictures accurately reflect unit, but unit needs to be thoroughly dusted. Overall, we had great experience.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and of course exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for this and you can enjoy the beautiful large house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and that worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into town. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We traveled a lot, but we also very much enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. We were completely satisfied, the apartment is wonderfully located and Alex is a courteous host. The pool was tempting, unfortunately the sunshine was not yet so much available, but that is a question of luck and then gladly next time!

We booked this stay last minute after being snowed out of camping and what an incredible treat! The hosts are kind and warm people who go out of their way to ensure you feel at home and enjoy your time. The view is spectacular, the garden, wood burning BBQ and hot tub were all a great extra. We stayed with our small dog who was treated really well. The place had everything you need and was a quiet respite. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

The three of us (with baby, 9 months old) had a wonderful holiday in the Untersteinhof. We enjoyed the great view, the daily round to the farm animals and the hikes in the area very much and were always greeted with a small chat when we came home.

Roberta’s home was a dream. The view was breathtaking, surrounded by the mountains and a sea of trees. Roberta was responsive and helpful and getting us to the Airbnb. It was the ideal location to start my wife and I honeymoon, nearby a number of national parks and beautiful hikes. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to other guests.

We had a wonderful stay! Sabine was an excellent host—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The house is beautiful, with a peaceful water stream, Dolomite views and cozy seating areas on every balcony. We also loved spending time with the adorable cat and the friendly dog. A truly charming place in Nova Ponente!

The place is good for three people. The location is quiet and the apartment has a great balcony with a beautiful view. The nearest shop is easily accessible by car. We felt very comfortable and communication with Delia was easy and quick. We would come back.

Lovely setting just out of town. Basic but clean and comfortable.

The house is perhaps 200 yards from the nearest other dwelling, up on the side of a hill, quite a way up, with beautiful views of the dolomites and down the valley. The house was well equipped and had a wonderful big wood stove for heat. There were hiking trails right out the front door as well as within relatively short drives away into the beautiful dolomites. Hiking here was a major draw for us. This is a peaceful, beautiful house that is not in the middle of amusements and restaurants although restaurants and two small grocery stores are just a short distance away. The host Manfred was very understanding and responsive. We absolutely did not want to leave.

Our stay at Lisa’s farm apartment was absolutely unforgettable. The view from the balcony was unreal — expansive green fields, majestic mountains, and total tranquility. It felt like stepping into a painting every time we looked outside. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for a peaceful escape. It’s clear Lisa has put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home — she left a list of fantastic local recommendations that really helped us experience the area like a local. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the Dolomites. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a truly memorable view, this is it. Thank you, Lisa — we can’t wait to come back some day!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The finca is a dream – especially the incredible terrace, where you could spend hours just relaxing and enjoying the view. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly, always available, and very helpful. We felt completely at home and would love to come back anytime. Highly recommended!

The place was really just as described in the photos. We needed a quiet and beautiful apartment to work and Sara's Cottage was just the right thing for us. If we needed anything, Sara was easy to reach and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back :).

Great place in excellent location

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 4 nights there. It is super clean, new, modernly furnished. We felt super comfortable. We had the pool partly all to ourselves. It is super quiet and the area just fantastic. The large roof terrace is also beautiful. Simply great. Eleonora and her parents are also super friendly. We'll be back for sure, then we'll stay longer :)

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

We were very pleased. The location is very quiet and there is a beautiful, large lawn. During our stay it was extremely hot and the sufficiently large pool made this bearable. The area is very nice and the owners gave us tips for excursions. Unfortunately, it was so hot that we couldn't do much of it. Only the internet was very unstable. For the parents less of a problem than for the children ....

Francesca was a delightful host. We enjoyed talking with her when we checked in and she made our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for us. It had all of the necessities and is located right in the center of town. Francesca also made some restaurant recommendations.

We spent a week with Patrick and Nina and felt very comfortable. Both are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very remote in nature, perfect for relaxing. A highlight was the natural pool. The small apartment is well equipped, the bathroom could be renovated. As with everything in nature, you should not be afraid of spiders. A car is absolutely necessary, it takes almost 30 minutes to get to Bolzano (15 km). We definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back.
