Welcome to our charming top floor apartment with balcony! The lovingly renovated, listed former barn can accommodate 9-10 people. Each room has its own sink. A seminar room (last photos) can be booked on request (information at Eutopia Schopfheim). The train stop "Schlattholz Schopfheim" is just 5 minutes away. Basel (35 min) and Freiburg (60 min) are within easy reach and offer great destinations. An elevator is available.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

An exceptional studio in the old barn of our listed water mill – with high ceilings, large glass arched doors, and a unique atmosphere. Plenty of light and direct access to your own patio in the garden. A wood-burning stove for cozy evenings and a queen-size four-poster bed overlooking the peaceful inner courtyard. Historical details like the quarry-stone walls and wood paneling define its character.

When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace. At a height of four meters, the ceiling curves, and the rustic flair of the living room is complemented by a top modern kitchen and bath. The two bedrooms can accommodate two people each.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.
