URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Die WLB-Station Guntramsdorf, ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, bietet direkte Verbindungen nach Wien und Baden. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Ärzte und Heurige sind ebenfalls in Gehweite. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist über eine Schlüsselbox zugänglich. Die Kurtaxe von 2,50€ pro Person und Nacht ist bei Ankunft bar zu zahlen.
