Great accommodation. Very good location and very clean place. We had all we needed in the flat and also near by. Kurt was very responsive and a flexible host. I will definitely book again when visitng next time.

We spent some very nice days in this charming apartment in the 19th district of Vienna. The apartment is located in a tastefully renovated old villa and is in excellent condition – everything was very clean, well-maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is excellently equipped – it really has everything you need. I found it particularly pleasant that even sharp knives were available – a rarity in vacation apartments! Things like baking paper, dishwasher tabs and other practical little things were also thought of – very attentive. The rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished and offer plenty of space to feel good. Very convenient: the bus stop is virtually right outside the door, which makes the connection to the city center and other destinations very easy. Andreas was extremely friendly, accommodating and easy to reach. Check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

georg was a responsive host in his answers. Easy check-in. Clean and tidy house. The house is located in the center of the village of Modling, in the courtyard of the house there is a private parking lot for the car, near the house a SPAR supermarket, tobacconist, and several shops and places to eat. There was also a children's playground inside the park, and I went there with my girls every night. Downtown Vienna is only 17 km away. In the house you will find everything you need and everything looks very new. Everything is perfect, the only flaw is the mattresses, they seem a little dated (uncomfortable). Super recommended, we'll be back

Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. When we had questions, Georg always tried to think along with us. If we cooked there, we could use his extensive herb garden. On warm rest days, we sat under the umbrella by the pool.

Anita’s place was absolutely perfect, very homely, quiet, comfortable and in an amazing location. So easy to walk into the city as well as to lots of local restaurants, bars and shops. Anita was most helpful with check in etc. We would love to visit Vienna again and stay here again!

Everything was fantastic. Pristinely clean and spacious apartment, two full private bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, AC, and all other amenities as advertised. Nice quiet location within easy walking distance to public transport and major attractions in Old Town. Extremely responsive host. I honestly cannot think of a single negative. My family of 3 stayed five nights here in our first visit to Vienna, and we enjoyed this lovely city a whole lot. My daughter loved having her own bedroom - usually we tend to stay in 1br when traveling, which also tend to cost more than this one did. So a great experience and value all around, very highly recommended! Thank you again Valbona!!

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments. There are only a few that feel like home. This was one. It hurt to leave. It felt great to spend time there. Perchtoldsdorf is a super charming town. You can walk to the right of this apartment and go into a little downtown, its cute shops, marvelous patisserie, and all the Heirigen. Or you go the other direction and go up into the hills for wonderful walks. This is a truly heavenly stay that I will never forget. If you visit, be sure to eat at Il Tramezzino.

Maria’s place was perfect for a 4 night stay. Beautiful apartment close to everything. Public transport just a stones throw away. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Would highly recommend

The appartment is really spacious, very nice and comes with high ceilings and wooden floors - the way we like it! Beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms have been renovated with taste and a clear focus on user friendliness. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that invites to talk walks. Tram and subway are a few minutes away, the city center being very reachable. After a day downtown, it is a pleasure to come home. Two minutes away, there is a fantastic bio grocery store. This accommodation is located on the edge of the new Sonnwendviertel and is super connected by public transport. The Viktor Adler Markt is within walking distance. The roof terrace is great!

We love the space. The apartment is beautiful, very large, modern, technological. Our family loved everything, it has a wonderful Jacuzzi that made the 4-year-old child who was with us happy. Markus was very helpful in everything we needed during our stay.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.
