There is also a shower room on this floor. The bathroom on the ground floor impresses with a whirlpool, rain shower and a Finnish glass sauna with a view of the water - pure wellness! The two bedrooms with double beds and an extra bed offer space for up to 5 people. A parking space is available.

Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is one of a kind! Right above the fishing port and yet central (5 min walk to downtown). Your private bathroom is directly opposite the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

We also offer our beloved private cottage to other loafers at times. The special highlight of the house is the access to the Schlei with a small wooden terrace. After a sauna, you can jump directly into the cool water or practice water sports. The house is invitingly furnished and can accommodate couples, families or small groups. On the terrace you can enjoy the quiet surroundings. From April to October, there is also a barbecue available there.

The bright, friendly apartment is included Balcony approx. 40 sqm, 1st floor, 1 living room with open kitchen-dining area, 1 bedrooms, shower/WC, south-facing balcony. A swimming pool and sauna are located in the complex. You can walk about 200 meters to the beach. The damage caused by the storm surge in the autumn of 2023 in the beach area has been eliminated. The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.

Vacation home 55m² for 2 people in a fantastic location in the smallest town in Germany - with a view of the marina and direct access to the Schlei. Completed in August 2012 and very well maintained. The Swedish red wooden house is fully insulated. Facing the Schlei with floor-to-ceiling windows both downstairs in the living room and upstairs in the gallery.
