Located directly on the Baltic Sea, the apartment "Perlentaucher" offers space for 6 people. The centerpiece is the large balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. The light-flooded living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows offers you a magnificent water view. On colder days, the fireplace provides comfortable warmth. 3 bedrooms with box spring beds, 2 shower bathrooms and a fully equipped open kitchen provide comfort. A parking space is available for your car.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Sea view in a quiet dream location

Dreamlike idyllic location, between forest, meadows and sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment completed at the beginning of 2025 with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an east wind), the call of a red kite (with a west wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, this is the place to be.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

"Smukke Bleibe" Harbor view in Maasholm

Moin! Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on almost 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholm harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

Sun and sea beach house

The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.

Maximum sea relaxation where the places end on "y," kilometers of sandy beaches line the Baltic Sea just 500 meters away and the only German fjord, the Schlei, is home. Whether on the terrace with a wide view, in the infrared sauna or by the fireplace, the Nordic, modernly furnished coastal greeting will let you unwind in no time.
