Wir bieten ein großzügiges Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen. Unser Haus ist allergikerfreundlich. Das Haus bietet: vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat, Toaster, etc.. Auf dem Dach ist eine PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher mit der die Energieversorgung des Hauses und der hochmodernen Luftwärmepumpe klimafreundlich und rund um die Uhr gewährleistet ist!

Die helle,und modern eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung liegt in Neuhaus am Schliersee mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Von hier aus können Sie mit dem Rucksack gleich loswandern- die Josefstaler Wasserfälle erreichen Sie bereits nach 10 Gehminuten. Im Winter gelangen Sie ins Skigebiet Spitzingsee in 10-15 min mit dem Bus (Haltestelle 100m) - oder eigenem Auto. (Für E-Auto: Ladestation vorhanden). Wir möchten die Wohnung nur an Familien mit max. 2 Kindern oder an 2 Erwachsene vermieten.

In unserer Kuschelwohnung (35 m²) im Erdgeschoss ist reichlich Platz für zwei, aber auch eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern findet ausreichend Platz. Das Schlafzimmer besitzt ein Doppelbett und Platz für ein Kinderbett. Die Wohnküche beinhaltet insbesondere eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Elektroherd, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster usw., eine sehr gemütliche Couch, die auch als Schlafsofa dienen kann sowie einen großen TV-Flachbildfernseher.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
