Finally available again! Beautiful new apartment, about 90 square meters on the farm. Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 minutes to the highway, 25 minutes to the Erding spa, 25 minutes to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, AllianzArena, Chiemsee, mountains, BayernPark. 200 m away is the bus stop RVO 9410 directly to Munich - MaxWeberPlatz. There is plenty of space on the farm. There are animals (dog, cat, horse, cattle). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi.

Welcome to Auerberg! The two troll houses (red and green) stand in the middle of our orchard on our Erlebnishof Badwerk in a single location at 900 m altitude on the Auerberg. In addition to the bipeds, horses, sheep, goats, alpacas, cats and our farm dog Phil live here. There are three cozy, simple bedrooms, an old farmhouse kitchen with wood stove and a quaint farmhouse parlor with a tile stove, which invites you to cozy hours.
