Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

A staircase between the house and garage leads to the garden or to the front door of the apartment. The terrace belongs to the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, dishes, etc. A basic set of spices, oil, coffee and tea is available. We are a non-smoking household, smoking on the terrace is no problem, thank you!
