The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. This beautiful holiday home is located in the middle of the beautiful Unterspreewald, only 150 m away from the Spree. It was completely renovated in 2019. Ideal to explore the Spreewald. Perfect for activities like hiking, canoeing and cycling. Quietly situated, with lots of space in the garden and a large terrace - ideal for barbecues or breakfast in summer. The cottage is located on our residential property. Here you are surrounded by forest and water. You feed yourself. Hiking enthusiasts and water lovers will love it here. Nearby is the Scharmützelsee and 30 minutes by car you can get to the "Tropical Island" the only tropical leisure paradise in Germany. The Spreewald is also a popular day trip. Until Berlin, it is only 70 km away. The cities of Beeskow and Storkow are each 20 km away.

Helga Bungalow

The bungalow was partially renovated in 2024 and offers a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time.

BasseO 250 meters to the lake

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
