We felt very comfortable, practically furnished, everything is available, from the dishwasher, microwave, freezer. You can do a lot by bike. Communication was always possible. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, just the thing for nature lovers. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to Uwe and Christine

We found and booked the place quite spontaneously. Susann was super flexible and responded to us so quickly. We thought it was very nice. The view of the sunset was incredibly beautiful. Our little one also loved it and didn't want to go home anymore.

We had a lovely time staying at the place, which we used for a workation. There is a lot to develop on the bungalow grounds right now, but it was very quiet and cozy. There is also a large playground in front of the building. However, there were only electric radiators that can reach their limits in very cold temperatures. Otherwise everything is tiptop and the proximity to the lake and forest is really a big plus!

We had very relaxed 5 days on site. The bungalow is located directly on the lake and in very quiet surroundings. Walking in 20 minutes you are in the city center in 20 minutes. Perfect for a weekend getaway for hiking, swimming and relaxing. Steffi was always available. Great!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has all facilities for a pleasant stay. Frank, the host, very nice and helpful. Arrival by car is highly recommended, as there is plenty of parking space available. Behind the property is a large forest area that invites you to walk and explore. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely go back.

We had a very relaxing holiday at the Scharmützelsee at Susanne's farm. We were very nicely received and the accommodation is super equipped. It was really nice to wake up in the morning overlooking the water. The highlight was of course the private access to the water :) Two small criticisms (but very subjective, so I don't include them in the overall rating) - the beds were too soft for us and the place is a little too full of furniture. Overall, we can recommend the place with a clear conscience!

The stay with Johanna was very pleasant and relaxing for us. The garden and the cottage invite you to linger and dream. Everything is designed with a lot of love for detail and Johanna is an uncomplicated and warm hostess. Surroundings is quiet and you can take many tours through nature both by bike and on foot directly from the cottage. We didn't miss anything and we would have liked to stay longer.

Karen's cottage is really quite magical! It is right on the lake and really very cozy, which is not only due to the beautiful cottage but also to Karen's efforts! It is prepared super lovingly for the guests and you feel really welcome (and we were even allowed to check out later without asking). Thank you dear Karen, that really exceeded our expectations!

We immediately felt at home in Oliver's house, the garden, the forest, the seclusion - a dream for everyone who seeks and wants to find peace. The furnishings of the house immediately impressed me, cozy, comfortable, a unique invitation to arrive, feel at home, switch off. And then the bed... 🥰 How pleasant long mornings in bed can be when your back doesn't hurt... 🙏 Thanks Oliver for the place you create there and I hope to return when the time is right. P.S.: In the neighboring village there is a really great café (Waldraum) and a Netto for everything you could possibly need for a stay. I didn't need much more myself. 😄😅

The cottage was comfortably furnished (space very well used) and there was everything you needed. The surroundings are very nice, in winter of course a little less usable. We were there with our dog over New Year's Eve and it was relatively noisy despite the seclusion (but a hundred times quieter than in the city!). Dana is super friendly and easy to reach.

Just nice and cute. It was right to notice that Dirk built the bungalow for herself. This set it up to create a relaxed and romantic feel-good atmosphere. It has many elements of the mini cottage, everything well thought out and organized. Unfortunately, what I have to admit, which is not due to Dirk or his bungalow, that Potsdam Havelsee is not as enjoyable as you would hope for. The lake was heavily polluted by traffic. On beautiful days, especially when the sun warmed the air, the air pollution from burnt diesel was so strong that I felt poisoned. The Brandenburgians still have a lot to do with themselves.

I stayed at the place this October with two friends for 3 nights. We just wanted to escape and relax for a few days from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Clarice and Jörn's cottage is really perfect for that. It was absolutely quiet and idyllic. The location right on the lake is absolutely premium if you feel like sailing across the lake by boat, fishing or just for a walk. The property itself has everything you need. A top and modern equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a small but nice living room. The covered terrace invites you to stay even in bad weather. And barbecue in the evening or sitting by the campfire completes the great atmosphere. I'm sure we'll be back. :)

We had a very nice time. The location is really quiet, the house is very cozy, very large complex with playground. There is also a gas station and shopping. Very good sleeping comfort, clean bed linen as well as bath and hand towels that are always available in sufficient quantity. The amenities are great. Kitchen is very well equipped as well as bathroom, there is everything you need so you feel at home from the first minute. We would love to book the place again and also recommend it!!! Thank you for the wonderful time!!!

The house is on a very quiet street in a beautiful residential area of Potsdam. Many attractions are within walking distance - otherwise you can easily take a tram - to the city center or to the train station. The house is very well furnished and contains everything you need for a short - or even a longer stay. Check in and check out was absolutely unproblematic. We can highly recommend the house!

Amazing place! We had a wonderful weekend at Anne’s place. Truly a peaceful and beautiful space with big windows and cozy fireplace. Beds are comfy and all the amenities are in place. You can also watch adorable sheep from the neighbour house. We are very happy that we found this great place for resting outside the city. Thank you very much!
