This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Lake, Wi-Fi, email or cell phone Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

The apartment is located right in the center of the spa town. Restaurants and bars are from there in approx. 2 minutes' walk. Discount stores and cafes are only about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The train station with connections to trains and buses can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

The vacation home 1+2 is located on a private property of 1000 m². The cottages have an area of approximately 43 m². The beach is about 50 m away. Restaurants are very close by: Greek about 50 m, German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy are about 600 m away. To the train station in about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes to the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes to Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

We found and booked the place quite spontaneously. Susann was super flexible and responded to us so quickly. We thought it was very nice. The view of the sunset was incredibly beautiful. Our little one also loved it and didn't want to go home anymore.

Me and my 4 kids loved it. The apartment is modern, clean, and you have everything you need to feel comfortable and cook. A playground nearby and the short path into the woods complete the cozy feel-good experience. We had used the apartment as an overnight stay for our trip to K.-W. and the visit to the Tropical Island and also did NOT regret the slightly higher price, the apartment was definitely worth it. The landlord was incredibly nice and we would definitely like to stay there again.

Niels is a superb host. Our weekend left nothing to be desired. The house is actually much larger and more spacious than seen in the photos. In autumn, packing slippers, the floor and walls are quite cool, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable quickly. Definitely a recommendation!
