The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were greeted very friendly and warmly by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We expected a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy, sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag were there. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy porch and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. We had a wonderful stay with our kids! The place was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It had all we needed and was very comfortable for a family stay. The area is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful lake nearby, a park, horses and a playground – perfect for children. Supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance, which was very convenient. The host was incredibly friendl, explaining everything in detail to make sure we had a comfortable stay. There’s even a fire pit area, and you can buy firewood directly from the host – such a nice touch! We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We were positively surprised by the place. It is spacious and the bedroom is very cozy and invited you to sleep in. The area is super quiet and beautiful. We didn't expect to be right next to a vineyard. You can go for a great walk there and stop at the surrounding taverns. We arrived with our bikes and that was not an issue either. There are several train stations in the area (about 20-30 minutes' drive). We would come back:)

We had a nice extended weekend in Sascha's beautiful apartment. The rooms are bright and large and the beds very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped - even if you want to stay longer. Parking in the public squares in the immediate vicinity was always possible. Great central location with plenty of excursion options. Nice restaurants around the corner. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back.
