We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was even better than we expected — so much more spacious, incredibly quiet, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (and even more!). Every little detail made it feel like a real home away from home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Lauia has a great place. Book with confidence. Wonderful host & tram stop to get everywhere quickly is right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Great place to stay, I will book again without a doubt. Very close to the Bahnhof and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The views from the apartment are amazing and the place feels like home. Host is a nice person.

Emplacement de l'appartement excellent. Le Métro est très proche. La rue voisine est très commerçante. De plus la rue est très calme. Le stationnement face à l'appartement n'est pas toujours très facile car les nombreuses places de parking sont souvent occupées mais c'est gratuit. Le centre ville est proche. Ville très vivante et jolie. Beaucoup de visites

We had an incredible stay at this charming apartment near the hills. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the fresh, crisp air and scenic landscape was truly a highlight of our trip. The apartment itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all things one need for preparing a full course meal. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy outdoor adventures (Skiing, etc..), this place offers the perfect balance. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and proximity to nature, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to escape the city for a few days. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Unterammergau or Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. We’ll definitely be back!

Andreas war ein sehr netter Gastgeber und die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und super für Wanderungen am Staffelsee. Gerne wieder!

Très bel appartement à 5 minutes des pistes de ski de fond, à 2 minutes de l’épicerie et au cœur du village de Seefeld pour profiter des restaurants et des boutiques. Tout se fait à pied. Nous pouvions communiquer facilement avec l’hôte et le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Je vous le recommande!

J’ai adoré l’appartement de Stefan & Jackeline! Il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin et plus, avec petite attention à l’arrivée. C’était dans un quartier tranquille mais avec restaurant, boulangerie, bus au coin de la rue. J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

Die Kommunikation mit Jürgen war top! Beim Betreten der Unterkunft haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt und die Aufteilung war für unsere Gruppe bestehend aus zwei Familien klasse. Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht waren einfach nur schön. Auch genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung und Jürgen als Anbieter sind auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.

Great location for walking to the Octoberfest area and all the interesting sites. Especially convenient on the first day of Octoberfest where public transportation and the streets were clogged with visitors and locals to celebrate the Octoberfest start and parade. The apartment is conveniently located to a couple of grocery stores, cafe's, the S-Bahn and most importantly the Lowenbrau Biergarten. Ben was extremely responsive to answer questions and proactive to assure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Logement correspondant aux descriptions, calme, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Bien placé, près de supérettes et à 15 minutes à pied du centre. Elisabeth a été très sympathique.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Zugspitze. Wir wurden freundlich und flexibel empfangen von Ibrahim. Er hat uns die Unterkunft gezeigt und uns Tipps für die geplanten Wanderungen gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Die Sauna war natürlich das Highlight und pure Entspannung. Immer wieder gerne, wenn es nach Garmisch geht.

Wir haben die Woche zu acht in der Unterkunft von Moritz sehr genossen - direkt am See, mit reichlich Platz ausgestattet und alles super sauber! Moritz war stets gut zu erreichen und hat uns mit prima Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Christine & Sepp sehr genossen. Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Hot Tub in entspannender, ruhiger Lage. Für die Kinder war die Zeit mit den Tieren zudem besonders schön. Vielen Dank für Eure herzliches Willkommen, wir sehen uns wieder.

Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.

Tolles und sauberes Haus, genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und nur 15 min zu Fuß in den Ortskern nach Garmisch. Emre ist ein super netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war und keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns sofort wieder dafür entscheiden.

Die Lage ist Spitze, die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu fünft da, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Esperienza molto piacevole, appartamento molto bello e accessoriato, comodissimo il supermercato sotto casa, nelle immediate vicinanze distributore di latte fresco, di uova fresche e di altri prodotti alimentari, e una farmacia con personale gentilissimo. Posizione strategica per visitare molti paesi caratteristici situati a breve distanza. La vasca con idromassaggio è favolosa, anche se è vietato portarci i bicchieri di vetro. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Ottima comunicazione con Florian.

Es war ein super gemütliches AirBnb in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Lage. Zu Fuß war die Innenstadt super erreichbar. Wir haben und mit meinem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt 🥰
