Chalet vacation rentals in Bad Kohlgrub

Our family had a wonderful stay in Monika’s beautiful home. Monika was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The home was in a wonderful location to town, with many activities for us to do. Our children loved the backyard with the playground and we enjoyed many nights eating dinner on balcony. Cannot recommend this beautiful home and location enough!

We stayed in the forest cabin for the second time. It's just beautiful there. The vacation begins the moment you put the luggage on the waiting Pulkas and strap the spikes Monika brought under your shoes. From meter to meter, the beauty of the surroundings increases. In the last third of the approximately 15-minute walk to the hut, it is already this incredible tranquility that will accompany you throughout the vacation here. The cabin is extremely cozy and equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are also great from a culinary point of view. Path in the snow to Alpine inn Loas approx. 1 hour. The alpine inn is famous for its huge schnitzel. It's down in 20 minutes by sled. Towards the ski slope and chairlift is the organic restaurant (and hotel) Grafenast. Great Kaiserschmarrn. Be sure to take the chairlift and sled up to the Hecherhaus and then 4.2 km with the sled on the toboggan run down. Great fun.

**5-star rating for Martin** The stay at Martin's place was absolutely fantastic! Check-in was super friendly and straightforward – I felt right at home. The apartment is superbly equipped and really nothing was missing. Everything was incredibly clean and the quality of the place exceeded my expectations. Thanks for this great place to stay! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone.

All was lovely, as others have described. Toddler had a great time, us too. We hope to be back next year. Some tips: * pool is nice but not heated (probably obvious, but decided to note) * the indoor fireplace is not available year round, it is mostly decorative and meant for the cold season * expect ticks if you venture outdoors - it is Bavaria. Look up how to deal with this and learn safety precautions in advance. Owners could consider supplying visual guide for how to inspect yourself and your kids, maybe even provide an extractor kit. We found a sucker on our toddler a day after arriving home, this was quite stressful, and all due to our lack of experience as not-so-outdoorsy city folks. Be better than us!

We had a wonderful stay in the Zillertal! The place was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – we immediately felt comfortable. The location was ideal: quiet, with fantastic views of the mountains, and yet easily accessible. Communication with the hosts was very straightforward and friendly. Highly recommended and always happy.

We had a lovely stay at Haus Schiefer. Check-in was flexible and easy. The entire place was very clean and everything you need was there, incl. Cooking and grilling utensils, you almost feel at home. The spa area was spacious and as described. Despite other guests, we also had some moments to ourselves. On our first day, however, the sauna was already switched off shortly after 9 PM (instead of 10 PM), which was a pity for us as we were only able to arrive in the early evening. The app was very helpful for hiking tips and also answered any questions about the services. I might have wanted an extra towel for the sauna (without extra charge), I just recommend taking a towel and bathrobe with you - otherwise they can also be rented for an extra charge. I find the check-out at 10 AM a bit early, but I also understand that it takes time to clean the place. We will be happy to come back!

It's a great cabin. We lacked nothing. Communication with the host was fast and unproblematic. We will be happy to come back.

The beautiful, modern and bright cottage of Peter and his wife is really worth a trip and a stay. It is super spacious and very cozy. It really nice to linger! And on top of that, the surroundings are also simply picturesque and offers everything your heart desires. The hosts go out of their way to make the stay really wonderful! The communication is great, the equipment in the house of high quality and at very high quality. Nothing is missing! The ad really matches what's offered! Great! Thank you!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and warmly welcomed us. The chalet was very clean and well appointed. It has beautiful views and great surroundings – a perfect place to relax. We would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay at Carola’s beautiful chalet. Carola is a very welcoming and friendly host and it was always very easy to communicate with her. The chalet is new and luxuriously equipped. It is located in a quiet part of Ehrwald and it is easy from there to reach the centre of Ehrwald and the ski area either by car or with the local bus. The sauna is of course a big plus, allowing to unwind at the end of a ski day or a day touring the area. Outside the chalet there is a locker to leave our ski gears. Very convenient. We wish we could have stayed longer and continued to enjoy all that both the chalet and the area have to offer. We hope we can come back soon.

The Chalet is very modern and fully equipped, there’s always someone around in case you need anything. The Whirlpool is a must - iconic views while relaxing!

What a beautiful, thoughtfully designed home — we came for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Marietta was friendly and responsive, and helped with everything we needed during our time in Garmisch. Would very happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful Christmas here with family and our dogs! The house is just perfect and we didn’t want to leave! Tried to book for next year but were beaten to it a year in advance!

Hosts were great in replying to requests and were always prompt and helpful in replies. We all loved the property and the amazing views it had.

This place was elegant, homely and located in a beautiful spot close the mountains. The house was so warm and cozy and we just felt like we were home from home. I have very high standards and this house absolutely met my expectations. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a 5* stay ☺️
