The place was very clean and cozy. The bathroom is newly renovated and the kitchen also had everything you need. By car you can get to different hiking parking lots.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maximilian’s place! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring really easy. The apartment is very cozy, spacious, and spotless clean. One of the highlights is definitely the balcony, the view of the beautiful river and the snowy mountains in the distance is stunning. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Bad Ischl!

Indescribably nice. Bad Isché is a quiet town and the surroundings exceeded my original expectations. I went back to the house and after I pulled the curtains back after an exhausting night, the view outside the window was mind blowing - the snow-capped mountains hadn't fully melted yet and the greenery surrounded everything in the neighbourhood. You can understand that it was just like the picture, but of course, more beautiful than the picture. The route around the area is safe, I live as a girl and I like peace and quiet, which is great. It's about 15 minutes walk to buy food, besides, you need to buy what you need on Saturday because the town supermarket is hardly open on Sunday. I would highly recommend this place for a stay, I totally fell in love with the Bad Isché, and you could even say it was because of the room. The hosts are very nice and have little recommendations almost every day, which is very friendly for newly arrived travellers. This trip was my road to healing.

The perfect base for exploring Bad Ischl and the surrounding area.
