In winter, ski resorts such as the Werfenweng (8 km) or Ski-Amade (from 20 km) cable cars are easily accessible by car.

It is about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a very large parking lot. And about 5 minutes from the nearest ski bus stop. Zell am See city is 3 min drive. The lake is less than 5 minutes by bike. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.

The Classic Double Room is located in Hotel Lindenhof, a charming villa built in 1928. The hotel is situated right across from the ski slope, with views of the Stubnerkogel cable car and the ski area from the balcony. The Felsentherme spa is just 300 m away, and the train station only 350 m. Please note: a tourist tax of €4.80 per adult, per day is mandatory and must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure.

The guesthouse is located in Salzburg Tennengau, in the Dachstein West ski region, a region appreciated by tourists both in winter and summer. 200m from the guesthouse we have the Neubachtalloipe cross-country skiing track in Lungötz, 10 km long and illuminated at night. 5 minutes by car is the Dachstein West ski lift, with 170 km of fantastically groomed slopes and 70 modern lifts.

Cozy vacation home in the middle of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Zell am See ski resort. The guest house can accommodate 11 people in 2 apartments. Each apartment offers a kitchen, shower and toilet. A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is also sufficient parking space. The guest house was newly renovated in 2025 and comfortably furnished.
