The newly built apartment captivates with its location. You can start directly with the skis in the morning from the house and drive directly back to the house in the afternoon. The gondola station is about 200 meters away Gleiming is a small place that is a district of Schladming. There is a sports shop with ski rental as well as a ski school here. Also, of course, several restaurants as well as apres ski. The Reiteralm is also the entrance to the 4 mountains Skischaukel

We offer you a fantastic holiday in our forest house. The well-equipped apartment is completely newly furnished and lovingly designed. An enchanted garden with a garden pavilion incl. Rattan seating area lets you enjoy the tranquility in the garden. The impressive mountain view leaves nothing to be desired. Our house is very quiet and yet you are in 2 minutes walk in the village. The Obauer brothers with their tomb bar are in our neighborhood.

We were there for 2nd time and we choose this for location (near Is great thermal spa, Hallstatt and more interesting places). IT IS strategic place. Also every year is baloon night at Filzmoos at that time, so Is nice to see the hot air baloons at night, magical moments. Think next year again..

Very nice accommodation that very well matched the description. Nice and warm welcome with welcome drink, chocolate and nice scented candle on the table. Everything was in the kitchen, as well as well stocked with consumables. Good parking in the courtyard. Really recommend this place. At the best part was still close to the lift system and store.

The apartment was amazing and just as described. Zita was a wonderful host and very helpful with any questions or requirements. The location is very far from the town, and without a car, it would not be advisable. However, it does mean there are some beautiful walks/hikes nearby. The rooms were a great modern mountain style, good shower, and comfortable bed. The whole place gets amazing sun the majority of the day with the cafe a great spot to relax, the apartment getting some sun from the afternoon was very welcoming as well. Very peaceful area with a good mix of nature around! I would definitely recommend for those wanting a peaceful escape.

very beautiful place, loved the balcony and cosy decor. There is a fuel station and a small grocery/coffee place at 200mtrs and a must visit restaurant by the name K2, which is around 600mtrs (easily walkable). There are around 4-5 bus schedules from Salzburg station (OBB app is very useful if you are using public transport). best is to take self drive, the place is like a beautiful scenery and you could enjoy the most if you self drive.
