Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The 145 m² cozy apartment is located in a typical, traditional Gastein house, built in 1929. From the apartment you can look out on the sensational backdrop of Bad Gastein, Gamskarkogl and the Gasteinertal. It is close to the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade and is a great starting point for HIKES, thermal baths, GOLFING, HORSEBACK RIDING and SCHI excursions. It is about 10 minutes walk from the waterfall and center. My family loves this place of specialness.
