It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with a WC and either a bath or shower), and a fully equipped living room with a kitchen and fireplace. The spacious balcony offers seating and a gas barbecue. Wi-Fi and TV are included. The complex is within walking distance of the Bad Gastein town center and the train station.

From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.
