During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, balcony with mountain view, kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower / tub, garden part can be used alone (sun, barbecue,...)

Tiny house Simsee

The three brand new tiny houses are located in a small quiet village near Lake Simsee. In the area, many excursions can be made on foot or by bike to the surrounding lakes, between typical Bavarian countryside. Each house has one bedroom for two people. There is a sofa bed for an occupancy of 4. There is a barbecue area in the communal garden. From Bad Endorf train station it is about 50 minutes to Munich or Salzburg.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
