Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

The 120 m² vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 separate floors, each with a bedroom and living area and a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and the sauna, which is exclusively for your use. On the 2nd floor you will find bedroom 2 and bathroom 2 (see photo tour). On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax.

The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. Due to the close connection (4 km to the A9, 2.5 km to the A38) to the highways, you can reach the center of Leipzig, 19 km away, in about 30 minutes. In just a 2-minute walk, you can reach our outdoor pool. 1 km to the east is the Lützen zoo and climbing forest together with the Gustav Adolf II Memorial.

Apartment with balcony & fast in the center of Leipzig

I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

You will be staying in the old mineral water factory, surrounded by fields, with a terrace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, spring park, and a large pool (free of charge in summer). You can enjoy country life at its best on the two-sided farm, pet our horses, or swim in Lake Werbener See. Friendly dogs are welcome, Leipzig can be reached in 20 minutes via A38 or by bus via land. Unser gemütliches Campingfass bietet Schlaf-, Sitz- und Eingangsbereich. An kühlen Tagen sorgt ein Pelletofen mit sichtbarem Feuer für wohlige Wärme. Draußen lädt eine Sitzgruppe zum Verweilen ein. Bad und WC nutzt Ihr im Gemeinschaftsbad des Gästehauses oder optional im VIP-Bad. Eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Grill sowie ein sicherer Fahrradraum stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
